农科硕士研究生职业规划融入自主学习问题研究

【摘要】:在研究生自主学习中,往往过多地强调学习成绩与科研成果而忽略个人的学习成长需要与职业发展问题,强调现实需求而忽略个性发展,导致研究生自主学习能力不强,缺乏自主性、主体性、针对性和发展性。在“十三五”规划中,中央提出加快农业现代化,推动农业可持续发展的要求,需要大量的农林牧科技人才投入到其中。这就需要我国高等农业院校以培养适应和符合农业现代化需要的高素质创新人才。农科研究生作为其中的一份子,担负着建设农业现代化的重任。本文通过选取“职业规划”这一视角,探讨农科硕士研究生将职业规划融入自主学习当中,以实现农科研究生的全面发展,进而帮助高校如何提高农科研究生培养质量提供对策,为我国农业发展输送科技杰出人才。所谓农科研究生职业规划融入自主学习,是将农科研究生职业规划与自主学习结合起来,将职业规划内容渗透到农科研究生自主学习过程中,达到提升农科研究生自主学习效果的目的,具体从自我剖析、确定目标、职业储备、反馈修正、环境分析五个方面的内容去引导农科研究生在研究生期间进行自主学习。农科硕士研究生职业规划融入自主学习中去,既有理论依据,即符合马克思主义关于人的全面发展理论,遵循职业规划理论,借鉴建构主义学习理论,顺应研究生的学习阶段特征,表现职业规划与自主学习的联系性。也有其实践依据,即农科研究生职业规划融入自主学习使研究生的目标明晰化、自我认识清晰化、对象主体化、内容具体化、功能社会化、途径多样化、效果更理想。为此,本文分析农科硕士研究生职业规划融入自主学习的现状研究有助于农科研究生更好地提升自身的综合素质及科研能力,有助于学校、导师等为学生提供相应的教育及服务,进而为国家提供更多的农业科技人才,为社会经济发展尽绵薄之力。本论文正文部分共分为五个部分:第一部分,绪论,介绍了本研究的研究背景以及研究的理论价值与实践意义,同时对国内外与本研究相关的文献进行简要梳理。第二部分,对与本研究有关的概念和相关理论进行了阐述和梳理。第三部分,实证研究。对我国三所农业院校和两所非农业院校300名研究生进行问卷调查和访谈得到所需数据。在对这些数据进行整理分析的结果上,对比分析农科与非农科研究生职业规划、自主学习情况。根据职业规划的内容,主要从个体、目标、学习内容、反馈修正、主客观环境五方面进行调查分析,进而归纳和总结出农科硕士研究生职业规划融入自主学习的特点。第四部分,总结调研结果。结合职业规划的影响因素,从五个方面探讨了农科硕士研究生职业规划融入自主学习中所存在的问题。第五部分,解决策略。在前四章的铺垫和研究的基础上,提出改善农科硕士研究生职业规划融入自主学习的可行性对策。
[Abstract]:In the independent learning of graduate students, they often emphasize the achievement of learning and the achievements of scientific research, but ignore the needs of individual learning growth and professional development, emphasize the practical needs and ignore the development of personality, which leads to the weak ability of independent learning of graduate students. Lack of autonomy, subjectivity, pertinence and development. In the 13th Five-Year Plan, the central authorities put forward the requirement of speeding up the agricultural modernization and promoting the sustainable development of agriculture, which requires a large number of scientific and technological personnel of agriculture, forestry and animal husbandry to invest in it. This requires higher agricultural colleges and universities to cultivate high-quality innovative talents who adapt to and meet the needs of agricultural modernization. Agricultural graduate students, as one of them, shoulder the important task of building agricultural modernization. From the perspective of "career planning", this paper discusses the integration of professional planning into autonomous learning by agricultural graduate students, in order to achieve the overall development of agricultural graduate students. Then how to improve the cultivation quality of agricultural graduate students in colleges and universities to provide countermeasures and transport outstanding scientific and technological talents for the agricultural development of our country. The so-called professional planning of agricultural graduate students into autonomous learning, is to combine the career planning of agricultural graduate students with autonomous learning, and permeate the content of career planning into the process of autonomous learning of agricultural graduate students. In order to improve the effect of autonomous learning of agricultural graduate students, it can guide agricultural graduate students to study autonomously during graduate period from the aspects of self-analysis, goal determination, occupation reserve, feedback correction and environment analysis. The integration of professional planning into autonomous learning for graduate students of agricultural science has theoretical basis, that is, it conforms to the theory of comprehensive development of human beings of Marxism, follows the theory of career planning, and draws lessons from the learning theory of constructivism. Adapts to the graduate student's study stage characteristic, the performance profession plan and the independent study relations. There is also a practical basis, that is, the integration of agricultural graduate professional planning into autonomous learning makes graduate students' goals clear, self-awareness clear, object subject, content specific, function socialization, ways diversified, and the effect more ideal. Therefore, this paper analyzes the present situation of the integration of professional planning into autonomous learning for agricultural graduate students, which is helpful for agricultural graduate students to improve their comprehensive quality and scientific research ability, and to help the school. Tutors and so on provide corresponding education and service for the students, and then provide more agricultural science and technology talents for the country, and do their utmost for the social and economic development. The main body of this paper is divided into five parts: the first part, introduction, introduces the research background, the theoretical value and practical significance of the study, and at the same time briefly combs the domestic and foreign literature related to this study. In the second part, the related concepts and related theories are expounded and combed. The third part, empirical research. A questionnaire survey and interviews were conducted among 300 graduate students from three agricultural colleges and two non-agricultural colleges in China to obtain the required data. On the basis of the analysis of these data, the professional planning and autonomous learning of agricultural and non-agricultural graduate students are compared and analyzed. According to the content of career planning, this paper mainly investigates and analyzes the five aspects of individual, goal, learning content, feedback correction, subjective and objective environment, and then sums up and summarizes the characteristics of integration of professional planning of agricultural master degree into autonomous learning. The fourth part, summarizes the investigation result. Combined with the influencing factors of career planning, this paper discusses the problems existing in the integration of professional planning into autonomous learning from five aspects. The fifth part, the solution strategy. On the basis of the first four chapters, this paper puts forward the feasible countermeasures to improve the integration of the professional planning of agricultural master students into autonomous learning.
