新形势下马克思主义理论专业硕士生的马克思主义理论素养研究

【摘要】：近年来,马克思主义理论一级学科建设不断深入推进,“青年马克思主义者培养工程”如火如荼地开展,党和国家对于马克思主义理论研究与建设愈益重视。在此新形势下,不仅对马克思主义理论学科建设和专业发展提出了新的要求,而且对马克思主义理论专业硕士生的理论素养更有新的期待。因此,研究新形势下马克思主义理论专业硕士生的马克思主义理论素养问题,无论对马克思主义理论学科建设和专业发展,还是对马克思主义理论专业硕士生的自身发展,都具有重要的理论意义和现实价值。全文除引言和结语之外,共有四个部分的主要内容:第一部分主要阐述了马克思主义理论专业硕士生理应具备的马克思主义理论素养,包括知识素养即掌握系统而全面的马克思主义基本知识,能力素养即运用马克思主义的立场、观点、方法分析和解决问题的能力,情意素养即具有深厚的马克思主义情愫与坚定的马克思主义信仰。第二部分主要探究了提高马克思主义理论专业硕士生马克思主义理论素养的重要意义,具体从马克思主义理论学科建设、马克思主义理论专业学位点发展、高校思想政治教育和国家意识形态建设、马克思主义理论专业硕士生未来就业等四个维度,深入阐释了提高马克思主义理论专业硕士生马克思主义理论素养的特殊重要性。第三部分基于问卷调查,以山东省部分高校为例对马克思主义理论专业硕士生的培养现状进行实证考察,深入了解和分析了马克思主义理论专业硕士生的马克思主义理论素养存在的具体问题,并从生源质量、入学动机与学习动力、培养模式、社会大环境等方面,剖析了这些问题的成因所在。第四部分针对上述问题及其成因,探讨了提高马克思主义理论专业硕士生马克思主义理论素养的具体对策,主要包括优化马克思主义理论专业硕士生的生源结构与质量、强化硕士生的自我教育、完善硕士生的培养模式、营造良好的马克思主义理论学习环境等方面。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the discipline construction of Marxist theory has been advanced continuously, "the project of training young Marxists" has been carried out in full swing, and the party and state have paid more and more attention to the research and construction of Marxist theory. In this new situation, not only the discipline construction and professional development of Marxist theory are required, but also the theoretical literacy of the master students of Marxist theory is expected. Therefore, to study the Marxist theoretical literacy of the graduate students majoring in Marxist theory under the new situation is not only to the subject construction and professional development of Marxist theory, but also to the self-development of the master's degree in Marxist theory. Both have important theoretical significance and practical value. In addition to the introduction and conclusion, there are four main contents of the full text: the first part mainly expounds the Marxist theoretical literacy which should be possessed by the master of physiology in Marxist theory major. Knowledge literacy is the ability to master systematic and comprehensive Marxist basic knowledge, and the ability to use Marxist positions, viewpoints, and methods to analyze and solve problems. The quality of affection is with deep Marxist feelings and firm Marxist beliefs. The second part mainly explores the significance of improving the Marxist theoretical literacy of the master degree students of Marxist theory, specifically from the Marxist theoretical discipline construction, the development of Marxist theory professional degree points. The four dimensions of ideological and political education and the construction of national ideology in colleges and universities, and the future employment of master students majoring in Marxist theory, have explained in depth the special importance of improving the Marxist theoretical literacy of master students majoring in Marxist theory. The third part is based on the questionnaire survey, taking some universities in Shandong Province as an example to make an empirical investigation on the current situation of the cultivation of the graduates majoring in Marxist theory. This paper has deeply understood and analyzed the concrete problems existing in the Marxist theoretical literacy of the graduate students majoring in Marxist theory, and from the aspects of the quality of the students, the motivation of entering the school and the motivation of study, the training model, the social environment, etc. The causes of these problems are analyzed. In the fourth part, aiming at the above problems and their causes, the author probes into the concrete countermeasures to improve the Marxist theoretical literacy of the master students of Marxist theory, including the optimization of the structure and quality of the graduates of the major of Marxist theory. Strengthen the self-education of the master students, perfect the training mode of the master students, and create a good learning environment of Marxist theory, etc.
