研究生教育质量评价的理论与实践研究
[Abstract]:Since the enrollment expansion of higher education in 1999, the higher education of our country has gradually changed from the elite stage to the popular stage, and the scale of graduate education has expanded rapidly, and the graduate education has changed from extension expansion to connotation development. Graduate education began to pay attention to the optimization of scale structure, improve quality and other issues, graduate education quality has received unprecedented attention, education evaluation in graduate education quality assurance system plays an active role. Therefore, the research of graduate education quality evaluation has been put on the agenda. On the basis of analyzing the present situation and characteristics of graduate education quality evaluation in China, this paper analyzes the realistic situation of the factors restricting the quality of graduate education. This paper clarifies the main problems in the evaluation of graduate education quality in China and puts forward a tentative plan of school-based evaluation. The main contents of this paper are as follows: first, the basic situation of the implementation of graduate education quality evaluation at home and abroad is discussed. The second is to analyze the related factors that restrict and affect the quality of graduate education through basic data analysis. The author pays attention to the analysis of the quality view of higher education, the matching between the scale and the supporting resources, the construction of tutor team and the construction of discipline development, and so on, which restrict the quality of postgraduate education in China. The third is to sort out and generalize the characteristics of the quality evaluation of graduate education in China. Based on the overall evaluation of graduate school and the individual evaluation of excellent doctoral thesis, the shortcomings of the evaluation of graduate education quality in China are analyzed. The fourth is to focus on the implementation of foreign evaluation cases, including the case of doctoral evaluation of the American Research History Association, the career path study of doctoral students at the University of Washington, and the case study of scientific research evaluation of the British higher Education Foundation Committee. British graduate research experience investigation, grasp the similarities and differences of evaluation content under the guidance of theory, the merits and demerits and applicability of various evaluation methods. Fifthly, in view of the problems existing in our country's evaluation practice, on the basis of drawing lessons from the advanced practical experience of graduate education quality evaluation in developed countries, this paper puts forward the assumption and prospect of the evaluation of graduate education quality in China in the future, and puts forward that the government and society should be advocated. In order to participate in the evaluation of universities and students, we should reform the mechanism and system related to the quality of graduate education, encourage the establishment of clear and transparent evaluation standards of peer review, and advocate the disclosure of data information and the establishment of data resource bank. Finally, based on the practice of colleges and universities, this paper puts forward a preliminary scheme of evaluation index of graduate education quality.
