我国研究生的过度教育及其经济学分析

【摘要】: 二十一世纪是知识经济时代,而高等教育,无论是对知识创新还是经济发展,都发挥着不可替代的作用,其发展直接关系到我国科教兴国战略的实施与现代化建设的进程。然而自从1999年我国高校扩招以来,高校毕业生的供给与社会对人才的需求出现错位,社会有效需求明显不足,高校毕业生就业形势严峻,知识失业现象屡见不鲜,于是产生教育过度问题,严重影响着社会效益的提升和个人收益的增长。 本课题以教育经济学为理论基础,从宏观经济、微观收入等角度,分析了我国当前的就业形势和高等教育的发展现状,提出了研究生教育过度的命题,并从全新的视角以创新的观点论述了研究生过度教育的概念、判定标准、产生原因、本质特征及其影响后果。在论述了教育与经济增长关系的同时,利用统计数据估算了我国高等教育对经济增长的贡献率,接着在对研究生的过度教育的成本效益分析的基础上,进一步阐述了过度教育的明瑟收益率模型。最后,本论文针对研究生过度教育的困境,提出了自己的政策建议和应对措施,期待更好地促进研究生教育与社会经济的和谐发展。
[Abstract]:The 21 century is the era of knowledge economy, and higher education plays an irreplaceable role in both knowledge innovation and economic development, and its development is directly related to the implementation of the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education and the process of modernization construction. However, since the expansion of college enrollment in 1999, the supply of college graduates and the social demand for talents have misplaced, the social effective demand is obviously insufficient, the employment situation of college graduates is grim, and the phenomenon of knowledge unemployment is common. As a result, the problem of excessive education seriously affects the improvement of social benefits and the growth of personal income. Based on the theory of educational economics, this paper analyzes the current employment situation and the development of higher education in China from the angle of macro economy and micro income, and puts forward the proposition of excessive graduate education. From a new angle of view, this paper discusses the concept, criteria, causes, essential characteristics and effects of graduate overeducation from an innovative point of view. In this paper, the relationship between education and economic growth is discussed, and the contribution rate of higher education to economic growth is estimated by using statistical data. Furthermore, the paper expounds the Minther return model of overeducation. Finally, in view of the plight of graduate overeducation, this paper puts forward its own policy suggestions and countermeasures, hoping to better promote the harmonious development of graduate education and social economy.
