研究生的成就动机与创业学习:创业价值观的中介作用

【摘要】: 随着研究生招生规模的扩大,研究生就业难的问题逐渐显露出来了。现今在全球性经济危机的影响下,使得就业形势变得更加严峻。针对研究生就业难问题,国家提倡以创业来带动就业,因此高校学生的创业学习越来越被人关注。 本研究采用文献研究、问卷调查等方法对研究生的成就动机、创业价值观和创业学习状况以及彼此间的关系进行了研究,并探讨了针对研究生的创业价值观问卷。研究综合考虑了人口统计学因素,通过对950名研究生进行调查,采用探索性因素分析、验证性因素分析、方差分析、相关分析、回归分析等统计方法,得到如下结论: 第一,探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析结果表明,包含39个项目的研究生创业价值观问卷具有较高的信效度,达到了心理测量学的要求。 第二,研究生的成就动机与创业学习之间存在显著正相关关系,且成就动机对创业学习有显著预测作用; 第三,研究生的创业价值观在成就动机和创业学习之间起部分中介作用; 第四,研究生的成就动机、创业价值和创业学习观在人口统计学变量上存在差异,成就动机在工作经历上有显著差异,创业价值观在来源地、年级、专业和工作经历上有显著差异,创业学习在来源地和年级上存在极显著差异。 今后的研究将对影响研究生创业学习的更多因素进行探讨,建构更加完整的创业学习模型,同时采用更多研究方法开展深入研究。
[Abstract]:With the expansion of graduate enrollment, the problem of graduate employment becomes more and more difficult. Today, under the influence of the global economic crisis, the employment situation has become more severe. In view of the difficult problem of graduate employment, the state advocates to promote employment through entrepreneurship, so the entrepreneurial learning of college students is paid more and more attention. In this study, the achievement motivation, entrepreneurial values, entrepreneurial learning status and the relationship between postgraduates were studied by means of literature research and questionnaire survey, and the questionnaire for postgraduates' entrepreneurial values was also discussed. The study considered the demographic factors synthetically. Through the investigation of 950 graduate students, we used exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, variance analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis and other statistical methods. The conclusions are as follows: first, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis results show that the graduate entrepreneurship value questionnaire, which includes 39 items, has a high reliability and validity, and meets the requirements of psychometrics. Second, there is a significant positive correlation between achievement motivation and entrepreneurial learning, and achievement motivation has a significant predictive effect on entrepreneurial learning; Thirdly, the entrepreneurial values of graduate students play an intermediary role between achievement motivation and entrepreneurial learning; Fourth, the achievement motivation, entrepreneurial value and entrepreneurial learning view of graduate students are different in demographic variables, achievement motivation has significant differences in work experience, entrepreneurial values in the source, grade, There are significant differences in major and work experience, entrepreneurial learning in origin and grade. The future research will discuss more factors that affect graduate entrepreneurial learning, construct a more complete entrepreneurial learning model, and use more research methods to carry out in-depth research.
