基于SWOT浅析高校研究生实践教学基地建设

【摘要】：实践教学是培养创新人才的重要途径,是实现研究生教学改革的关键环节。基于SWOT理论,采用系统的方法,浅显的分析了传统实践教学需改革的现状:创新意识提高、硬件规模具备的优势;在课程体系、考核形式、开放程度方面存在的问题;需求推动的机遇;安全带来的威胁。并结合国防科学技术大学高性能机电与控制系统研究生创新基地,从建立层次化课程体系、加强信息化建设和安全文化建设三方面介绍相关经验,旨在探索通过科学、规范的方法对现状进行分析,从而制定行动计划的路径。
[Abstract]:Practical teaching is an important way to cultivate innovative talents and a key link to realize the reform of graduate teaching. Based on the SWOT theory, the paper analyzes the current situation of the traditional practical teaching reform by using the systematic method: the improvement of the innovation consciousness, the advantages of the hardware scale, the problems in the curriculum system, the form of examination and the degree of openness; Demand-driven opportunities; security threats. Combined with the innovative base of high performance mechatronics and control system in the University of National Defense Science and Technology, this paper introduces the relevant experiences from three aspects: establishing a hierarchical curriculum system, strengthening the construction of information technology and safety culture, in order to explore the adoption of science. Normative approach to the analysis of the current situation, so as to formulate the path of action plan.
