我国工科硕士研究生复试指标体系的构建
[Abstract]:The second examination is a very important link in the graduate enrollment work. Around the postgraduate second-examination, scholars have launched a certain discussion and expressed some different views. Some scholars have discussed the importance of the re-examination in the graduate enrollment work, some scholars have analyzed the problems existing in the re-examination and their solutions, and some scholars have focused on the interview links in the re-examination. It is true that these studies are undoubtedly of great value to the continuous improvement of the post-graduate re-examination work in China, but these existing studies rarely involve the construction of the graduate re-examination index system. Especially, the research on the re-examination index system of engineering graduate students is rare. As we all know, the construction of the index system for the re-examination of graduate students in engineering is not only helpful to the effective selection of talents by the graduate recruitment units, but also beneficial to the readmission work of the graduate enrollment units moving towards standardization and scientization. It is for this purpose that the title of master degree thesis is finally defined as "the construction of re-examination index system for engineering graduate students in China". Focusing on the construction of the re-examination index system of engineering graduate students in China, the author focuses on the research of educational science research methods such as interview method, literature method and so on, and defines the core concepts of "engineering subject", "graduate re-examination", "index system" and so on. This paper determines the basis and principle of the re-examination index system for engineering graduate students, constructs the three-level index system for the re-examination of engineering master graduate students, and formulates the implementation rules of the re-examination index system for engineering master graduate students. The main content of the index system for the re-examination of engineering graduate students in China is composed of "design and frame", "content interpretation" and "implementation essentials" and so on. In "Design and frame", the policy, education and empirical basis of the re-examination index system for engineering graduate students are defined, and the five principles and the overall ideas of the index system design for the re-examination index system of engineering master graduate students are established. And explained the concrete constitution of the index system of the tertiary re-examination and the relationship between the components of the index system of the tertiary re-examination of the graduate students of engineering master's degree. In the interpretation of content, the author defines the concrete meaning of the three level re-examination index system of engineering graduate students, and analyzes the distribution basis and concrete constitution of the weight of the index system. In "key points of implementation", the index system of re-examination for engineering graduate students, such as the purpose, type, subject and object, is outlined, and the index calculation in the operation of the re-examination index system of engineering graduate students is explained. Data collection and other specific suggestions. The author believes that the re-examination index system of engineering graduate students consists of general index, particularity index and reference index. The main characteristics of the study are as follows: (1) the first-hand data obtained by interview method are summarized and sorted out, and the results are regarded as the basis for the construction of the re-examination index system of engineering graduate students, which has some new ideas; (2) the index system of re-examination for engineering graduate students is constructed preliminarily, which breaks through the research paradigm of "problem-cause-countermeasure" in the previous re-examination research in a certain sense.
