研究生导师团队的建设与探讨

【摘要】：文章提出了研究生导师团队的构建模式及其优势,探讨了基于研究生创新能力的导师团队运作机制,设计了相应的导师团队评价激励机制,这有利于实现导师团队的高效动态管理。
[Abstract]:This paper puts forward the construction mode and advantages of graduate tutor team, probes into the operating mechanism of tutor team based on graduate student's innovation ability, and designs the corresponding incentive mechanism of teacher team evaluation. This is conducive to the effective and dynamic management of the mentor team.
