基于“双元经验”的工程博士创新能力培养研究

【摘要】:创新能力表征工程博士竞争力。传统创新能力培养有知识逻辑取向、工程实践取向两种形式。基于"双元经验"的工程博士创新能力培养是一条崭新路径。"双元经验"由初级经验和高级经验构成,两者的分离和转化构建了创新能力生成平台,以此平台为基础,构建创新能力生成过程模型,包括过滤、认知、产生、认知、产生五个阶段。能够顺利经历五个阶段的人,最有创造性。最后,从课程设置、经验教学、实践训练、导师指导四个方面,为工程博士创新能力培养措施提供建议。
[Abstract]:Innovative ability to characterize the competitiveness of engineering doctorate. The cultivation of traditional innovation ability has two forms: knowledge logic orientation and engineering practice orientation. The cultivation of innovative ability of engineering doctor based on dual experience is a new way. " The dualistic experience is composed of primary experience and advanced experience. The separation and transformation of the two sets up a platform for the generation of innovation ability. Based on this platform, a process model of innovation ability generation is constructed, which includes filtering, cognition, generation, cognition, and so on. Produce five stages. People who can successfully go through five stages are the most creative. Finally, from four aspects of curriculum setup, experience teaching, practice training and tutor guidance, suggestions are provided for the cultivation of innovative ability of engineering doctorate.
