美国研究生“负责任研究行为教育计划”研究
[Abstract]:As the backbone of national future scientific research, graduate students shoulder the important task of national modernization. Carrying on the scientific research credit education to the graduate student, standardizing the graduate student's academic behavior, not only helps the graduate student to form the independent thinking and the courage to innovate the spirit, but also helps the university and other academic institutions to build the healthy academic atmosphere. Therefore, it is necessary to carry on the research to the graduate scientific research credit education. As one of the most developed countries in higher education in the world, the United States has a relatively mature education system on the integrity of graduate research. The U. S. Office of Scientific Integrity and the Graduate School Board jointly implement the responsible Research behavior Education Program, which raises the awareness of responsible research behavior among graduate students in the United States. So that the content of responsible research behavior education in graduate students can be popularized. This paper examines the implementation background, content, implementation, improvement and extension of the "responsible Research behavior Education Program" for the purpose of reference to the construction of the scientific research integrity education system of our country's graduate students. First of all, from the change of the methods of preventing misconduct in scientific research in the United States, the exploration of the early responsible research behavior education in American universities and the proposal of the "responsible research behavior education program" for American graduate students, Explain the background of the responsible research behavior education program for graduate students in the United States. Secondly, the content and implementation of the responsible Research behavior Education Program of American graduate students are introduced. This paper analyzes the implementation of the responsible Research behavior Education Program of Duke University by taking Duke University as an example, starting from five aspects: planning goal, organization, participating colleges, educational content and educational methods. Thirdly, it summarizes the improvement and extension of the responsible Research behavior Education Program of American graduate students. This paper mainly describes six improvements to the program and other programs of the graduate school committee on behavior education for responsible graduate research after the program. Finally, on the basis of summing up the "responsible research behavior education plan" of American graduate students, some enlightenments to our country's postgraduate scientific research honesty education are obtained, that is, the compulsory regulation of postgraduate scientific research integrity education is formulated. Enrich the content of postgraduate scientific research honesty education, expand the way of postgraduate scientific research credit education, give play to the leading role of tutor in postgraduate scientific research credit education.
