河北省研究生就业质量评价指标体系研究

【摘要】:本文是在河北省研究生就业情况基础上构建的评价指标体系,通过采用文献资料分析法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、权值因子判断表等方法就河北省研究生就业质量进行了研究,确定了四个维度及16个评价指标(因子),邀请12位相关领域专家,就该系统填写评价权值因子判断表,进行统计分析,得出权重。对于维度下面的指标,采取专家打分法,每个专家给出建议权重,计算平均值,然后得出各个指标(因子)权重。本文通过对河北省研究生就业质量评价指标体系研究,旨在建立更系统、科学、符合河北省研究生教育发展的就业工作质量评价系统,可以为河北省研究生就业工作主管部门评估、指导研究生就业工作提供切实可行的评价标准。
[Abstract]:This paper is based on the employment situation of graduate students in Hebei Province, based on the evaluation index system, through the use of literature analysis, expert interviews, questionnaire survey method, This paper studies the employment quality of graduate students in Hebei Province by means of weight factor judgment table, determines four dimensions and 16 evaluation indexes (factors), invites 12 experts in relevant fields, and fills out the evaluation weight factor judgment table on this system. Carries on the statistical analysis, obtains the weight. For the indicators below the dimension, the expert scoring method is adopted. Each expert gives the suggested weight, calculates the average value, and then obtains the weight of each index (factor). Through the research on the evaluation index system of graduate employment quality in Hebei Province, this paper aims to establish a more systematic, scientific and suitable job quality evaluation system for graduate students in Hebei Province. It can be used to evaluate and guide graduate employment in Hebei province.
