基于社会服务的工程硕士教育质量

【摘要】：工程硕士教育作为我国研究生教育的一种形式,承担着为企业输送高层次工程技术人才和工程管理人才的使命。因此,社会服务质量是考察工程硕士教育质量的重要标准。在政府层面,逐步形成教育系统内部的保障机制,培育和规范教育监督和评估的市场化环境,逐步完善全国工程硕士教育指导委员会指导下的专家咨询机制。在用人单位层面,深化全面合作、参与、共建的校企合作机制。在培养单位层面,要加强培养质量保证体系的构建和完善。
[Abstract]:As a form of postgraduate education in China, engineering master education undertakes the mission of conveying high-level engineering technical talents and engineering management talents to enterprises. Therefore, the quality of social service is an important standard to investigate the quality of Master of Engineering education. At the government level, the guarantee mechanism within the education system should be gradually formed, the market-oriented environment for education supervision and evaluation should be cultivated and standardized, and the expert consultation mechanism under the guidance of the National Master of Engineering Education steering Committee should be gradually improved. In the employing unit level, deepen the overall cooperation, participation, co-construction of the school-enterprise cooperation mechanism. At the level of training units, we should strengthen the construction and improvement of training quality assurance system.
