高校研究生综合素质评价方法的研究

【摘要】: 随着科学技术的发展和社会的不断进步,我国在政治、经济、文化、军事等各个方面对人才的需求日益迫切。为了能在世界民族之林中立于不败之地,各国纷纷加快了对高层次人才的培养与储备工作,对人才的培养观念也逐步从以往的单一型高级专门人才向具备较高综合素质的复合型人才转变。高校是人才成长的基地,承担着为祖国的现代化建设贡献人才的重要任务。随着素质教育的推广,高校对研究生的培养方式产生了很大改变,已不再单纯注重其学习成绩,而是更倾向于对其创新能力、实践能力以及身心素质等方面的培养。为了更好地指导高校教学工作,提高研究生的自身素质,促进研究生与用人单位的“双向选择”,及时交互反馈信息,我们需要从素质教育的角度出发,构建一套科学、合理的综合评价体系。 准确评价研究生的综合素质,是一个十分复杂的问题,也是目前教育工作者所面临的一个严峻问题,关系到我国研究生教育事业的改革和发展。现在很多高校的研究生综合素质评价系统还不够科学,主要表现在评价内容不够全面、公正性较差、过于形式化等方面。还有的只是为了迎接检查,为了单纯的评价而评价,没有真正领会到教育评价的内涵和意义。由于评价涉及的内容较多,不仅有定性因素,而且有定量因素,要想得到准确客观的评价结果,需要建立科学全面的评价指标数学模型,并结合多种评价方法进行相应的计算。本文针对研究生的培养目标和特点,对研究生的综合评价进行了深入研究,在现有研究成果的基础上,成功将专家意见法法、层次分析法以及模糊评价法相融合,暂且称之为“三元综合评价法”。其基本思想是使用德尔菲法进行调查研究,在其基础上使用层次分析法构建三层评价指标体系,并确定各个指标的权重,构造合理的判断矩阵,然后采用模糊综合评价法构造模糊矩阵,通过矩阵合成的方法得到最终综合素质评分。这里的“三元综合评价法”既看重评价对象的客观数据,又看重评价者的主观判断;既看重对定量因子的计算,又看重对定性因子的分析,并贴切地实现了定性因子向定量因子的转化,提高了研究生综合素质评价的准确性与科学性。 本文按照“三元综合评价法”的思路,依照全面性、准确性、可行性以及以人为本的原则,构建出一套研究生综合素质评价体系,在一定程度上消除了人的主观判断对评价工作的影响,具有较好的科学性、合理性与可操作性,为高校研究生综合素质评价以及学生工作规范化管理提供了良好的思路。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology and the continuous progress of society, the demand for talents in politics, economy, culture, military and so on is becoming more and more urgent in our country. In order to remain invincible in the forest of nations in the world, countries have accelerated the training and reserve of high-level talents. The concept of cultivating talents has gradually changed from a single type of senior specialized personnel to a compound talent with higher comprehensive quality. Colleges and universities are the base of talent growth and undertake the important task of contributing talents to the modernization of the motherland. With the promotion of quality education, colleges and universities have changed a lot of graduate students' training methods, no longer just pay attention to their academic performance, but more inclined to cultivate their innovative ability, practical ability, physical and mental quality and so on. In order to better guide the teaching work in colleges and universities, improve the quality of graduate students, promote the "two-way choice" between graduate students and employers, and interact with each other in time, we need to construct a set of science from the point of view of quality education. A reasonable comprehensive evaluation system. Accurate evaluation of the comprehensive quality of graduate students is a very complex problem, and it is also a serious problem faced by educators at present, which is related to the reform and development of graduate education in our country. At present, the comprehensive quality evaluation system of graduate students in many colleges and universities is not scientific enough, mainly in the aspects of insufficient comprehensive evaluation content, poor fairness, too formalization and so on. There is only to meet the inspection, for the simple evaluation and evaluation, do not really understand the connotation and significance of educational evaluation. Because there are many contents involved in the evaluation, there are not only qualitative factors, but also quantitative factors. In order to obtain accurate and objective evaluation results, it is necessary to establish a scientific and comprehensive mathematical model of the evaluation index, and combined with a variety of evaluation methods to carry out the corresponding calculation. According to the training objectives and characteristics of graduate students, this paper makes a deep study on the comprehensive evaluation of graduate students. On the basis of the existing research results, the expert opinion method, analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy evaluation method are successfully integrated. For the time being, it is called "ternary comprehensive evaluation method". The basic idea is to use the Delphi method to investigate and study, on the basis of which the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to construct the three-layer evaluation index system, and the weight of each index is determined, and a reasonable judgment matrix is constructed. Then the fuzzy matrix is constructed by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and the final comprehensive quality score is obtained by matrix synthesis method. The "ternary comprehensive evaluation method" here attaches importance not only to the objective data of the evaluation object, but also to the subjective judgment of the evaluator. It not only attaches importance to the calculation of quantitative factors, but also to the analysis of qualitative factors, and realizes the transformation from qualitative factors to quantitative factors, which improves the accuracy and scientific nature of the comprehensive quality evaluation of graduate students. According to the train of thought of "ternary comprehensive evaluation method", according to the principle of comprehensiveness, accuracy, feasibility and people-oriented, this paper constructs a set of comprehensive quality evaluation system for graduate students. To a certain extent, it eliminates the influence of human subjective judgment on the evaluation work, which is scientific, reasonable and operable, and provides a good train of thought for the evaluation of the comprehensive quality of graduate students and the standardized management of student work.
