中职学校机械加工专业项目课程开发与实施的研究

【摘要】:近年来,,我国职业教育迅速发展,培养的大量技能型人才输送到了现代化建设的各个岗位,对祖国的经济发展、社会进步做出了重要贡献。培养社会生产、建设、服务等一线需要的技能人才是职业教育的使命,社会主义现代化建设进程的推进,职业教育有着不可替代的作用。 中等职业教育是我国职业教育中的重要组成部分,然而中职学校在教育实施过程中,由于课程设计与企业对人才的需求、课程实施效果与才培养目标之间的差距,导致学生就业时不能满足企业岗位的需要,出现“有需求没人才”的现象。多年的职业教育实践说明:传统的学科课程模式,使我国职业教育良性发展受到制约;国外新型的课程模式,不太适合我国现阶段社会经济发展的国情;职业教育课程改革探索开发适合中国国情的课程模式,必须结合我国自身特点。 本课题讨论的是我国职业教育中职学校项目课程开发与实施的相关问题。项目课程是一种以工作过程为导向、以工作任务为中心的课程模式。项目课程开发模式要求课程和教学与具体的职业活动紧密联系,反映工作任务的完成程序,保证技能型人才培养的根本要求。 本课题详细阐述了项目课程的概念、开发原则、实施条件、教学方法和开发过程,并给出了具体中职学校课程开发与实施的案例。研究通过对教师、学生、企业管理人员、技术工人等不同人群的调查,得出项目课程在中职学校专业教学中应用不是很普遍,实施过程出现的问题很多,提出确立校企合作开发机制、建立学校政策保障、加强师资力量培养、做好项目建设等中职学校项目课程开发与实施的对策。本课题以《机械制图》项目课程开发为例,阐述了迁安职教中心机械加工专业项目课程的开发过程、实施方案,迁安职教中心在项目课程开发与实施中解决问题的具体办法,为中职学校进行“项目课程开发与实施研究”提供理论参考。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's vocational education has developed rapidly, and a large number of skilled personnel have been transferred to various posts in the modernization drive, which has made important contributions to the economic development and social progress of the motherland. It is the mission of vocational education to serve the skilled personnel in the front line. With the advancement of socialist modernization, vocational education plays an irreplaceable role. Secondary vocational education is an important part of vocational education in our country. However, in the course of the implementation of secondary vocational schools, the gap between the effect of curriculum implementation and the goal of talent training is due to the curriculum design and the demand of enterprises for talents. As a result, students can not meet the needs of enterprises when they are employed, and there is a phenomenon of "there is no need for talents". The practice of vocational education for many years shows that: the traditional subject curriculum model restricts the benign development of vocational education in our country; The new curriculum model of foreign countries is not suitable for the current situation of social and economic development in our country, and the curriculum reform of vocational education should be combined with the characteristics of our country to explore and develop the curriculum model suitable for China's national conditions. This topic discusses the problems related to the development and implementation of the project curriculum in vocational education secondary vocational schools in China. The project curriculum is a kind of work process oriented. The project curriculum development mode requires that the curriculum and teaching be closely related to the specific professional activities, reflect the completion procedures of the work tasks, and ensure the basic requirements of the cultivation of skilled talents. In this paper, the concept, development principle, implementation condition, teaching method and development process of the project curriculum are described in detail, and the case of curriculum development and implementation in the secondary vocational school is given. Through the investigation of different people, such as skilled workers, it is concluded that the application of the project curriculum in the specialized teaching of secondary vocational schools is not very common, and there are many problems in the implementation process. It is proposed to establish a mechanism for the development of cooperation between schools and enterprises, and to establish a school policy guarantee. Strengthen the training of teachers, do a good job in the project curriculum development and implementation of secondary vocational schools. Taking the "Mechanical drawing" project curriculum development as an example, this paper expounds the development process of the project curriculum of mechanical processing major in Qianan Vocational Education Center. The implementation plan, the concrete method of solving the problem in the development and implementation of the project curriculum in Qianan Vocational Education Center, provides a theoretical reference for the "Research on the Development and implementation of the Project Curriculum" in the secondary vocational school.
