新型城镇化背景下江西农村职业教育发展对策研究

【摘要】：新型城镇化是经济社会发展的必然选择,也是我国开创具有中国特色的城镇化道路的必然选择。江西是一个传统的农业大省,农村人口占主体地位,大力推进新型城镇化是加快江西崛起,实现富民兴赣的重大战略。随着新型城镇化与工业化的“双化加速”,江西极其迫切的需要大批高素质、高技能型的人才来支持新型城镇化事业的建设和发展,对农村职业教育的发展规模和质量提出了更高的要求。通过农村职业教育实现农村剩余劳动力合理、有序地向城镇转移,把农村沉重的人口负担转化为巨大的人力资源优势,为新型城镇化与工业化的可持续发展提供高质量的人才支持和智力支撑。因此,研究农村职业教育在新型城镇化的背景下如何实现自身的可持续发展、如何有效地服务于新型城镇化建设,探寻新型城镇化背景下江西农村职业教育发展对策,具有重要的理论和现实意义。本文献研究法和系统分析法为主要研究方法,分析江西新型城镇化特点与主要任务,从转移人口市民化、产业结构的升级和城乡一体化为出发点分析江西劳动力资源需求和新型城镇化背景下江西农村职业教育发展中所出现的各种问题,探寻江西农村职业教育在新型城镇化背景下的发展对策。最后,在总结江西省农村职业教育发展现状和问题的基础上,从农村职业教育发展的外部环境和自身内部情况两个方面出发,为农村职业教育更好地服务于新型城镇化而提出发展对策。
[Abstract]:New urbanization is the inevitable choice of economic and social development, and is also the inevitable choice of opening up the urbanization road with Chinese characteristics in our country. Jiangxi is a large traditional agricultural province, and rural population occupies the main position. It is an important strategy to speed up the rise of Jiangxi and realize the prosperity of Jiangxi. With the "double acceleration" of new urbanization and industrialization, Jiangxi urgently needs a large number of high-quality and highly skilled personnel to support the construction and development of the new type of urbanization. The development scale and quality of rural vocational education have put forward higher requirements. Through the rural vocational education, the rural surplus labor force can be reasonably transferred to the cities and towns, and the heavy population burden in the rural areas will be transformed into a huge advantage of human resources. Provide high-quality talent support and intellectual support for the sustainable development of new urbanization and industrialization. Therefore, this paper studies how to realize the sustainable development of rural vocational education under the background of new urbanization, how to effectively serve the new urbanization construction, and how to explore the development countermeasures of Jiangxi rural vocational education under the new urbanization background. It has important theoretical and practical significance. This literature research method and the system analysis method are the main research methods to analyze the characteristics and main tasks of the new urbanization in Jiangxi, and from the transfer of population to the city, Based on the upgrading of industrial structure and the integration of urban and rural areas, this paper analyzes the problems in the development of rural vocational education in Jiangxi under the background of the demand for labor resources and the new urbanization. Explore the development countermeasures of Jiangxi rural vocational education under the new urbanization background. Finally, on the basis of summing up the present situation and problems of rural vocational education in Jiangxi Province, this paper starts from two aspects: the external environment of rural vocational education development and the internal situation of rural vocational education. In order to better serve the rural vocational education in the new urbanization and put forward the development countermeasures.
