职业教育转型期人才培养模式的探究——以茶叶企业创业为例

【摘要】:随着我国的教育不断的转型升级,人们对职业教育的认识也在逐步提升。为了响应国家的号召,越来越多的人开始寻求职业教育创业的模式。这样的创业方式不仅可以优化人才,还能够很好地提升职业教育的整体水平。如今,在高等职业转型期里,如何实现学生的灵活发展,以及如何培养学生的能力都成为了职业教育转型期研究的重点内容。近年来,科技的进步,技术的腾飞都有利于我国创新性人才的发展,因此,增强我国职业院校的创业人才的培养,是转型时期的第一步。在国家政策的支持下,学校加大了对学生自主学习能力的培养,并优化了培养人才的模式。本文将根据我国当前的高等职业教育的模式去分析其培养人才的过程中存在的问题,然后以茶叶企业创业为例,去探讨转型期的职业教育应当如何开展,最后总结并展望我国的职业教育。
[Abstract]:With the continuous transformation and upgrading of education in China, people's understanding of vocational education is also gradually improving. In order to respond to the call of the country, more and more people began to seek the mode of vocational education entrepreneurship. This way can not only optimize talents, but also improve the overall level of vocational education. Nowadays, in the period of higher vocational transformation, how to realize the flexible development of students and how to cultivate students' ability have become the focus of the research in the transition period of vocational education. In recent years, the progress of science and technology and the rapid development of technology are all conducive to the development of innovative talents in our country. Therefore, it is the first step in the transition period to strengthen the cultivation of entrepreneurial talents in vocational colleges and universities of our country. With the support of national policy, the school has increased the cultivation of students' autonomous learning ability and optimized the mode of training talents. According to the current mode of higher vocational education in China, this paper will analyze the problems existing in the process of cultivating talents, and then take the tea enterprise as an example to discuss how to carry out vocational education in the transition period. Finally, the author summarizes and looks forward to the vocational education in China.
