行业指导下合作培养涉船专业技能型人才的创新与实践

【摘要】:本文针对校企合作难点问题,以"行业参与职业教育办学和管理模式研究"等课题研究为基础,开展了一系列整合资源优势、丰富合作内涵、创新合作手段、推进合作深度的校企合作实践活动,创新性提出了校企合作"对接共享"根植共生"两种模式,有效推动了产业资源与教学资源、专业设置与产业需求、课程内容与职业标准、教学过程与生产过程的转化与对接,提高了教学质量,提升了师资水平,服务了行业发展,取得了一系列教学成果。通过实践推广,创造了良好的社会价值,对职业教育尤其是工科类专业教学改革有较强的启发和示范作用。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the difficult problems of cooperation between schools and enterprises, based on the research of "Industry participating in the study of running School and Management Mode of Vocational Education", this paper develops a series of integrated resource advantages, enriches the connotation of cooperation, and innovates the means of cooperation. Promoting the practice of cooperation between schools and enterprises, innovatively putting forward the two modes of "docking and sharing" and "planting symbiosis", effectively promoting industrial resources and teaching resources, specialty setting and industry demand, curriculum content and professional standards, etc. The transformation and docking of teaching process and production process have improved the teaching quality, improved the level of teachers, served the development of the profession, and made a series of teaching achievements. Through practice and popularization, it has created good social value, and has strong enlightening and demonstration function to vocational education, especially to the teaching reform of engineering specialty.
