增强高职院校管理有效性的路径选择

【摘要】：《职业院校管理水平提升行动计划(2015—2018年)》要求:"针对学校常规管理中的薄弱环节和突出问题,立知、立行、立改,对症施治、标本兼治,全面提高管理工作的有效性"。调查表明,高职院校常规管理中存在着职权配置错位、方法手段落后、基本规律忽视、资源管理薄弱等问题。为此,需要我们加速建设利益相关者共同参与的内部治理结构,实施"学院模式"管理,创新管理制度体系,塑造高职院校精神,提升管理人员素质。
[Abstract]:The Plan of Action for upgrading the Management level of Vocational Colleges (2015-2018) requires: "in view of the weak links and prominent problems in the regular management of the school, we should establish knowledge, act, reform, treat the symptoms and treat both the symptoms and the root causes," Improve the effectiveness of management in an all-round way. " The investigation shows that there are some problems in the conventional management of higher vocational colleges, such as misallocation of authority, backward methods and methods, neglect of basic laws, weak management of resources, and so on. Therefore, we need to accelerate the construction of the internal governance structure in which stakeholders participate, implement the "college model" management, innovate the management system, shape the spirit of higher vocational colleges and improve the quality of managers.
