“二维四步五解”职业能力分析法的实践探索

【摘要】：职业能力分析是职业教育专业设置、专业建设、课程开发以及课程实施与评价的关键环节,通过比较与借鉴国内外职业能力分析方法,结合深入的实践研究,创立了"二维四步五解"职业能力分析法,对职业教育教学改革起到积极的指导作用。"二维四步五解"职业能力分析是通过头脑风暴、文献查询、个案分析等多种途径,从专业能力和职业素养两个维度,通过专业对接职业岗位、职业岗位细化为工作项目、工作项目细化为工作任务、工作任务细化为职业能力四个步骤,再从完成工作任务应具备的技能、工具、方法、要求、知识五个方面分解分析职业能力的一种分析方法。
[Abstract]:Vocational ability analysis is the key link of vocational education specialty establishment, specialty construction, curriculum development, curriculum implementation and evaluation. Through comparing and drawing lessons from domestic and foreign professional ability analysis methods, combined with in-depth practical research, vocational ability analysis is the key link of vocational education. The "two dimensional four steps and five solutions" vocational ability analysis method has played a positive role in guiding the reform of vocational education and teaching. Through brainstorming, literature inquiry, case analysis and so on, from two dimensions of professional ability and professional accomplishment, professional ability analysis is divided into work items through professional docking professional posts. The work item is refined into the work task, and the work task is refined into four steps of the professional ability, and then a method of analyzing the professional ability from the five aspects of the skill, the tool, the method, the requirement and the knowledge that should be possessed to complete the work task.
