“中国制造”视域下培养高职学生“工匠精神”探析

【摘要】：实现制造大国向制造强国的转变,需要有"工匠精神"。高等职业教育肩负着培养高技能劳动者的重任,必须注重学生"工匠精神"的培养。这种精神不是一蹴而就的,需要对学生进行长期的多种形式的教育。本文提出结合专业教学实践多种方式培养学生"工匠精神"的方法,并探讨了通过开展实训周和校企合作,在潜移默化中培养和塑造学生的"工匠精神"。
[Abstract]:To realize the transition from a manufacturing power to a manufacturing power, a craftsman's spirit is needed. Higher vocational education shoulders the important task of training high-skilled workers and must pay attention to the cultivation of students'craftsmanship. This spirit is not accomplished overnight and requires long-term and varied forms of education. This paper puts forward a method of cultivating students'"craftsman's spirit" in combination with professional teaching practice, and probes into how to cultivate and shape students'"craftsmanship" through carrying out practical training week and cooperation between school and enterprise.
