引入《悉尼协议》加强高职工程技术教育类专业建设

【摘要】：《悉尼协议》是国际上针对专科层次的工程技术教育类专业的权威认证协议,我国要成功实施制造强国战略、走高职教育国际化之路及其推动专业深层次改革等,加入《悉尼协议》势在必行。当前,我国的高职工程技术教育类专业尚存国际化视野不够开阔、标准化建设规程不够完善、质量保障体系不够健全等问题。引入《悉尼协议》,实施高职工程技术类专业改革升级,需依据该协议的标准范畴及其认证流程,重塑专业建设理念、修订专业建设规划、再造专业建设流程、完善保障体系与支撑机制建设,全面提高专业建设内涵,提升专业建设的国际化水准。
[Abstract]:The "Sydney Agreement" is an authoritative certification agreement for the engineering and technical education specialties at the specialized level in the world. Our country should successfully implement the strategy of making a strong country, take the road of internationalization of higher vocational education and promote the deep-level reform of the specialty, etc. It is imperative to join the Sydney Agreement. At present, the internationalization field of higher vocational engineering education in our country is not open enough, the standardization construction regulation is not perfect, the quality guarantee system is not perfect enough and so on. The introduction of the Sydney Agreement and the implementation of the reform and upgrading of engineering and technology major in higher vocational colleges should be based on the standard scope of the agreement and its certification process, reshape the professional construction concept, revise the professional construction plan, and reengineer the professional construction process. Improve the security system and support mechanism construction, improve the connotation of professional construction, enhance the international level of professional construction.
