十八大以来中国特色现代职业教育理念发展报告

【摘要】：十八大以来,以习近平总书记为核心的党中央基于我国经济社会发展目标,提出了一系列新的职业教育发展理念,为我国职业教育发展提供了思想指引。这些理念具体包括:高度重视、加快发展,职业教育要为中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦提供人才支撑的职教战略观;惠及全民、阻断贫困代际传递,职业教育要成为全面建成小康社会推动力量的职教公平观;人人皆可成才、人人尽展其才,职业教育要满足个人成功成才及实现美好生活愿望的职教人才观;全面深化改革、创新发展模式,实现职业教育治理体系和治理能力现代化的职教道路观;建设中国特色、世界水平的现代职业教育体系,全面推进教育现代化,推动我国迈入人力资源强国和人才强国行列的职教任务观;工学结合、知行合一,职业教育要培育具有专业技能与工匠精神的高素质劳动者的职教培养观。
[Abstract]:Since the 18th National Congress, the CPC Central Committee, with General Secretary Xi Jinping as the core, has put forward a series of new ideas on the development of vocational education based on the goal of economic and social development in China, which provides an ideological guide for the development of vocational education in China. These ideas include: attach great importance to accelerate the development of vocational education for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation Chinese Dream to provide talent support of vocational education strategy; To benefit the whole people and block the transmission of poverty from generation to generation, vocational education should become the fair view of vocational education that promotes the building of a well-off society in an all-round way; Everyone can become a talent, everyone can develop their talents, vocational education should meet the personal success and achieve the desire of a better life of vocational education talent; Deepen the reform in an all-round way, innovate the development mode, realize the vocational education management system and the view of the vocational education road of the modernization of the governance ability; To construct the modern vocational education system with Chinese characteristics and world level, to promote the modernization of education in an all-round way, and to push our country into the ranks of strong country of human resources and powerful nation of talents; The combination of work and learning, the integration of knowledge and practice, vocational education should cultivate the vocational education concept of high quality workers with professional skills and craftsman spirit.
