皖北中等职业学校美术教育现状调查及质量提升对策

【摘要】：自2014年国务院颁布《国务院关于加快发展现代职业教育的决定》,《国务院关于推进文化创意和设计服务与相关产业融合发展的若干意见》以来,中央的一系列利好政策给中等职业教育带来了一个难得的发展机会,中等职业教育在我国的职业教育体系中扮演着越来越重要的角色。中等职业学校主要是向社会输送两类人才:一类是具有较高素质的劳动者;另一类是技能型人才。这两类人才都与社会经济的发展存在着紧密的联系。我国的中职美术专业教育总体上是东南部经济发达地区发展较好,而中西部地区在发展的过程中则出现了诸多的问题。皖北地区地处安徽北部属于经济欠发达地区,就教育方面而言,中职学校的美术教育主要存在着教育模式、教学内容、师资力量、实践就业等方面的问题,对其美术职业教育的发展产生了不利影响。为了探讨其美术教育的质量提升对策,笔者选取皖北地区的中职学校为调研对象。本文采用文献研究、调查研究、分析提炼调查结果等方法,探讨皖北地区中等职业学校实施美术教育人才培养体系的具体方法,对当前皖北地区中等职业学校美术类专业学生培养质量的状况进行分析和思考,同时给出了相应的改进策略。通过一系列的研究,填补了目前皖北地区中等职业学校美术教育现状与质量提升对策研究的空白,为之后更深入的研究皖北中职学校的美术教育提供了一个参考。希望本研究能够对皖北地区中职学校美术类专业教育的发展产生积极的影响,并为中职美术专业教育在新形势下的发展提供契机与帮助。
[Abstract]:Since the State Council promulgated the State Council's decision on accelerating the Development of Modern Vocational Education in 2014, and the State Council's views on promoting the integration of cultural creativity and design services with related industries, A series of favorable policies of the central government have brought a rare opportunity for the development of secondary vocational education, which plays an increasingly important role in China's vocational education system. The secondary vocational school mainly conveys two kinds of talents to the society: one is the laborer with higher quality and the other is the skilled talent. These two kinds of talents are closely related to the development of social economy. In general, the middle vocational art major education in our country is better developed in the southeast, but there are many problems in the process of development in the central and western regions. As far as education is concerned, the fine arts education in secondary vocational schools has many problems, such as educational model, teaching content, teachers' strength, practical employment and so on. To its fine arts vocational education development has produced the unfavorable influence. In order to discuss the countermeasures of improving the quality of art education, the author chooses the secondary vocational schools in northern Anhui as the research object. By means of literature research, investigation and analysis of the results of the investigation, this paper discusses the specific methods of implementing the art education personnel training system in secondary vocational schools in the north of Anhui Province. This paper analyzes and ponders on the training quality of art major students in middle vocational schools in north Anhui, and puts forward the corresponding improvement strategies. Through a series of studies, filled in the current situation of secondary vocational schools in Anhui Province and quality improvement of the gap in the study of countermeasures for the further study of the North Anhui vocational schools of fine arts education to provide a reference. It is hoped that this study will have a positive impact on the development of fine arts major education in vocational schools in northern Anhui, and provide opportunities and help for the development of art major education in vocational schools under the new situation.
