高职生职业价值观、职业自我效能与职业生涯规划的关系研究

【摘要】:本研究力图在考察高职生职业价值观、职业发展自我效能与职业生涯规划的基本特点的基础上,进一步考察高职生职业价值观和职业发展自我效能对个体职业生涯规划的影响,,以及验证高职生职业发展自我效能在职业价值观对职业生涯规划的影响中是否存在中介作用。 本研究从广州四所高职院校中随机抽取750名的在校高职生被试,收回问卷735份,有效问卷735份,回收率98%,采用郭峰等根据香港《中国香港青少年职业自我效能》以及詹发尚2006编制的《职业自我效能问卷》为模板修订的适用于高职生并在苏南地区高职生中应用信效度均高的《职业发展自我效能问卷》和《职业生涯规划问卷》和金盛华的《职业价值观问卷》进行调查研究。研究结果表明: 1.高职生职业价值观、职业发展自我效能感以及职业生涯规划在高职大学生中均存在着某些人口学变量上的差异。 2.高职生职业价值观对职业发展自我效能与职业生涯规划有显著的预测作用; 3.职业发展自我效能起到了完全中介作用。在控制职业发展自我效能后,薪酬声望价值观对职业生涯规划的影响不再显著,即在薪酬声望价值观对职业生涯规划的影响中,职业发展自我效能起到了完全中介作用。
[Abstract]:On the basis of investigating the basic characteristics of vocational values, career development self-efficacy and career planning of vocational college students, this study attempts to further investigate the influence of vocational values and self-efficacy of vocational development on individual career planning. It also verifies whether the self-efficacy of vocational development plays an intermediary role in the influence of career values on career planning. In this study, 750 vocational college students were randomly selected from four vocational colleges in Guangzhou, 735 questionnaires were collected, 735 valid questionnaires were collected, and the recovery rate was 98%. Adopt Guo Feng and others according to Hong Kong "Hong Kong, China" and Zhan Fushan 2006 "Occupational Self-efficacy questionnaire" as a template for the revision of higher vocational students and the application of reliability and validity in southern Jiangsu higher vocational students Career development self-efficacy questionnaire and career planning questionnaire and Jin Shenghua's career values questionnaire were investigated. The results show that: 1. There are some demographic variables in higher vocational college students, such as vocational values, self-efficacy of career development and career planning. 2. Vocational values have a significant predictive effect on career development self-efficacy and career planning. 3. Career development self-efficacy plays a complete intermediary role. After controlling self-efficacy of career development, the influence of salary prestige value on career planning is no longer significant, that is, in the influence of salary prestige value on career planning, career development self-efficacy plays a completely intermediary role.
