中等旅游职业学校校企合作研究

【摘要】:校企合作是解决校企之间人才培养脱节的必然选择,是中等旅游职业学校进行教育教学改革、提高办学水平的必由之路。虽然许多中等旅游职业学校和旅游企业在校企合作方面进行了大量有益的探索和实践,但整体看来,中等旅游职业学校校企合作尚存在一定的问题。因此,对于中等旅游职业学校而言,应该采取怎样的校企合作模式才能更好的促进学校自身发展,体现职业学校的办学特色,同时又能培养出适合旅游企业需求的人才,这些都需要进行更深层次的研究。 本论文主要采用了文献研究法、调查研究法和比较研究法等研究方法。通过文献研究法,对中等旅游职业学校校企合作研究的相关文献进行梳理,以此为基础探讨中等旅游职业教育校企合作的内涵与特征、动因与必要性;运用比较研究法,借鉴国外中等职业学校校企合作成功经验,比较分析并从中总结出对我国校企合作的启示;采用调查研究法,从辽宁省中等旅游职业学校选取5所学校作为样本进行调查研究,对存在问题进行分析,,并提出校企合作办学优化策略。 本论文主要由六部分组成:第一部分绪论。主要对选题背景、研究意义、研究综述、研究框架、研究方法进行阐述;第二部分中等旅游职业学校校企合作的理论基础。主要探讨中等旅游职业教育校企合作的内涵与特征、动因与必要性,以及校企合作的理论基础;第三部分国外中等职业学校校企合作的借鉴与启示。借鉴了国外中等职业学校校企合作的经验,从中得到一定的启示;第四部分中等旅游职业学校校企合作的现状调查分析。对辽宁省部分中等旅游职业教育校企合作进行调查研究,从中找出校企合作存在的主要问题;第五部分中等旅游职业学校校企合作的优化。从政府、学校、企业的角度分别提出了校企合作办学的优化策略;第六部分结语。对本论文的主要观点进行归纳总结,并提出研究局限与研究展望。
[Abstract]:The cooperation between school and enterprise is the inevitable choice to solve the disconnect of talent training between school and enterprise. It is the only way for secondary tourism vocational school to carry out educational and teaching reform and improve the level of running a school. Although many secondary tourism vocational schools and tourism enterprises have carried out a lot of beneficial exploration and practice in the aspect of school-enterprise cooperation, there are still some problems in the cooperation between secondary tourism vocational schools and enterprises. Therefore, for secondary tourism vocational schools, what kind of school-enterprise cooperation mode should be adopted in order to better promote the development of the school itself, reflect the characteristics of vocational schools, and at the same time, it can cultivate talents suitable for the needs of tourism enterprises. All of these require deeper research. This paper mainly adopts the literature research method, the investigation research method and the comparison research method and so on. Through the method of literature research, this paper combs the relevant documents of the school-enterprise cooperation research in secondary tourism vocational schools, and discusses the connotation and characteristics, motivation and necessity of school-enterprise cooperation in secondary tourism vocational education. By using the method of comparative research and drawing lessons from the successful experiences of foreign secondary vocational schools' cooperation between schools and enterprises, this paper compares and sums up the enlightenment to the cooperation between schools and enterprises in our country. By using the method of investigation and research, five schools of secondary tourism vocational schools in Liaoning Province were selected as samples to investigate and study, and the problems were analyzed, and the optimization strategy of school-enterprise cooperation was put forward. This thesis consists of six parts: the first part is introduction. The main topics of background, research significance, research review, research framework, research methods to elaborate; the second part of the secondary tourism vocational school school-enterprise cooperation theoretical basis. This paper mainly discusses the connotation and characteristics, motivation and necessity of school-enterprise cooperation in secondary tourism vocational education, as well as the theoretical basis of school-enterprise cooperation. The third part is the reference and inspiration of school-enterprise cooperation in foreign secondary vocational schools. The author draws lessons from the experience of foreign secondary vocational school cooperation and gets some enlightenment. The fourth part is the investigation and analysis of the current situation of the cooperation between secondary vocational schools and tourism vocational schools. This paper investigates and studies the cooperation between schools and enterprises in some secondary tourism vocational education in Liaoning Province, and finds out the main problems existing in the cooperation between schools and enterprises. The fifth part is about the optimization of the cooperation between schools and enterprises in secondary tourism vocational schools. From the angle of government, school and enterprise, this paper puts forward the optimization strategy of school-enterprise cooperation. The main points of this paper are summarized, and the research limitations and research prospects are put forward.
