四川商务职业学院精品专业校企合作项目管理

【摘要】：校企合作是高职院校和企业在寻求共同发展、谋求共同利益基础上的一种资源整合的合作形式,是以培养技术应用型人才和高技能专业人才为主要目标的人才培养模式,进一步体现高职院校和企业在人才培养过程中的侧重点,重点提升毕业生的实操能力和创新创业能力,把学生真正培养成为具有竞争能力、适应社会发展的高素质专门人才,是高职院校提升职业教育发展的核心工作和必由之路。北大青鸟作为IT职业教育的先行者和行业领导者,在校企合作方面进行了多年的探索和尝试,在总结开展课程置换、工学结合、企业实训等合作经验的基础上,进行学院和企业深度合作,全面深化开展专业共建,取得了一些成绩和经验,但在项目管理工作实践中,还存在较多的问题,必须做出管理上的改革与创新的举措才能解决实际问题。项目管理的根本目的就是在具有一定的、相对的限度的资源条件下,合理设计和科学运用工具和方法,最终实现项目各相关工作的有序规划和管理。本文力求将项目管理系统化的体系引进到高校校企合作管理中,分析四川商务职业学院在校企合作项目管理过程中存在的问题,并从项目管理过程入手,分析校企合作中项目的管理步骤和规划,探讨高职院校校企合作项目管理体系建设,并将其应用到与北大青鸟合作的“北大青鸟精品班”项目中,为四川商务职业学院校企合作项目管理提供具备可操作性的执行方案。本研究总共划分为五部分：第一部分是本文绪论,简单阐述了研究的选题背景和意义,进行文献的综合叙述,同时阐明了本文研究的思路和方法以及论文基本框架。第二部分为相关理论回顾与分析,在对研究所涉及到的项目管理近现代理论总结归纳前提下,探索本项目的项目管理体系建设的理论支撑。第三部分为四川商务职业学院校企合作项目管理现状与存在问题,对开展已开展校企合作项目进行分析,发现并提出项目管理过程中存在的问题与不足。第四部分为四川商务职业学院“北大青鸟精品班”项目管理体系建设,通过运用项目管理的方法,提出解决校企合作项目管理面临主要问题的手段和办法。第五部分为结语,通过前文分析提出研究结论,对职业院校校企合作项目管理进行展望。
[Abstract]:School-enterprise cooperation is a kind of cooperation form of resources integration based on seeking common development and common interests, and is a talent training mode whose main goal is to train technical applied talents and highly skilled professional talents. To further reflect the emphasis of higher vocational colleges and enterprises in the process of talent training, the emphasis is to enhance the graduates' practical ability and innovative ability to start a business, so that students can really be trained into high-quality specialized talents with competitive ability and adapting to the development of society. It is the core work and only way to promote the development of vocational education in higher vocational colleges. As the forerunner and industry leader of IT vocational education, Peking University has been exploring and trying for many years in the field of cooperation between school and enterprise, on the basis of summing up the cooperation experience of curriculum replacement, combination of work and study, practical training of enterprises, etc. Carrying out deep cooperation between colleges and enterprises, comprehensively deepening professional co-construction, and obtaining some achievements and experiences, but in the practice of project management, there are still many problems. Must make the management reform and the innovation measure can solve the practical problem. The basic purpose of project management is to reasonably design and scientifically apply tools and methods to realize the orderly planning and management of the related work of the project under the condition of certain and relatively limited resources. This paper tries to introduce the systematic system of project management into the cooperative management of colleges and universities, analyzes the problems existing in the process of the cooperative project management of Sichuan Business Vocational College, and starts with the process of project management. This paper analyzes on the management steps and plans of the projects in the cooperation between schools and enterprises, probes into the construction of the management system of the cooperative projects of colleges and enterprises in higher vocational colleges, and applies it to the project of "the quality Class of the Green Birds of Peking University". For Sichuan Vocational College of Business School and enterprise cooperation project management to provide operational implementation plan. This research is divided into five parts altogether: the first part is the introduction of this paper, which briefly expounds the background and significance of the research topic, carries on the comprehensive narration of the literature, at the same time clarifies the thought, the method and the basic frame of the paper. The second part is related theory review and analysis, on the premise of summarizing and summarizing the project management theory, this paper explores the theoretical support of the project management system construction. The third part is the current situation and existing problems of the project management in Sichuan Vocational College of Business, analyzes the existing cooperation projects, finds out the problems and shortcomings in the process of project management. The fourth part is the construction of the project management system of "Beijing University Qingyao quality Class" in Sichuan Vocational College of Commerce. By using the method of project management, the paper puts forward the means and methods to solve the main problems faced by the project management of the cooperation between the university and the enterprise. The fifth part is the conclusion, put forward the research conclusion through the above analysis, and look forward to the management of the school-enterprise cooperation project in vocational colleges and universities.
