工学结合人才培养模式在技工学校的实践研究

【摘要】:2012年全国中职教育工学结合工作会议中明确提出了当前职业教育改革与发展最根本的目标和关键在于坚持“以服务为宗旨、以就业为导向”,创新人才培养模式,扎实推进“工学结合、校企合作、顶岗实习”,注重内涵发展。职业教育应转变自身的发展方式,按照其特点和规律进行科学谋划。坚持“政府主导、行业指导、企业参与”和“产教结合、校企合作”。同时,职业教育应加快培养高素质技能型人才,进一步增强服务经济社会发展的针对性和有效性,为实现经济发展“三个转变”提供强有力的人才支持。 如何推进工学结合,探索适应经济社会发展的具有中国特色的职业教育发展之路,已经成为我国职业教育改革与发展的突出问题,是我国职业教育改革的重要方向。 通过对国家在宏观层面工学结合方向的研究及微观下某技工学校数控加工技术专业培养模式的建构,从理论层面对职业院校学生的培养方向、培养目标进行科学定位。通过转变教育理念,进行政府、企业、学校、学生四位一体的资源整合,不断丰富和完善职业教育理论体系。进行切实可行的提高学生的理论、实践、社会道德及职业素养能力培养,为探索新形势下教育教学改革,,实现职业教育的人才培养目标,进一步满足企业用人要求,使学生的专业学习和职业能力更好的结合,从而提高学生整体综合素质以及就业竞争实力,提升人才培养质量具有重要价值。 工学结合一体化人才培养模式是数控加工技术专业人才培养的重要方式。本文以数控加工技术专业为案例,围绕当代高技能人才培养目标,构建以紧密校企对接为特色的工学结合人才培养模式,设计了数控加工技术专业人才一体化培养实施流程。该设计得到了实际运用和验证,具有一定的示范推广意义。 同时,转变教师教学手段,通过行之有效的理论指导进行实践,有助于全面提升教师的职业能力、岗位能力及社会适应能力,使学校永葆青春。
[Abstract]:In the 2012 National Conference on the combination of work and Learning in Secondary Vocational Education, it was clearly pointed out that the most fundamental goal and key of the current vocational education reform and development is to adhere to the "service as the purpose, employment-oriented", and to innovate the talent training model. Firmly promote the "combination of work and learning, school-enterprise cooperation, post practice", pay attention to the development of connotation. Vocational education should change its own development mode and plan scientifically according to its characteristics and laws. Adhere to the "government-led, industry guidance, enterprise participation" and "industry and education, school-enterprise cooperation." At the same time, vocational education should speed up the cultivation of high-quality skilled talents, further enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of serving the economic and social development, and provide strong talent support for the realization of the "three transformations" of economic development. How to promote the combination of work and study and to explore the development of vocational education with Chinese characteristics, which adapts to the development of economy and society, has become a prominent problem in the reform and development of vocational education in China, and is an important direction of the reform of vocational education in China. Through the research on the direction of the combination of work and learning at the macro level and the construction of the training mode of NC processing technology specialty in a technical school under the micro level, the training direction and the training goal of the students in the vocational college are scientifically positioned from the theoretical level. By changing the educational concept and integrating the resources of government, enterprise, school and student, we can enrich and perfect the theory system of vocational education. In order to explore the education and teaching reform under the new situation, to realize the goal of training talents in vocational education, and to further meet the requirements of employing personnel in enterprises, we should improve students' theory, practice, social morality and professional literacy ability. It is of great value to combine students' professional learning and professional ability, to improve the students' overall quality and the competitive strength of employment, and to improve the quality of talent training. The integration of engineering and learning is an important way to train talents in NC machining technology. This paper takes the NC processing technology as a case study, constructs the training mode of the combination of engineering and learning with the characteristics of close school and enterprise docking, and designs the implementation process of the integrated cultivation of talents of NC machining technology. The design has been applied and verified in practice and has a certain significance of demonstration and popularization. At the same time, it is helpful to improve teachers' professional ability, post ability and social adaptation ability by changing the teaching means and carrying out practice through effective theoretical guidance, so that the school can remain young forever.
