黑龙江省国家示范性高职院校人才培养模式的研究

【摘要】:高等职业教育与社会经济发展联系最为密切,培养出了数以万计的生产、建设、管理、服务等一线高级技术人才,解决了劳动就业,促进了区域经济的发展。自2006年起,为了优化高职教育的改革发展环境,强化其改革进程,提升社会关注度和影响力,中央政府在全国范围内重点建设100所国家示范性高职院校。 高等职业教育人才培养模式是决策者、办学主体和研究人员都十分关注的重点问题,它关系到高等职业院校“培养什么样的人的问题”和“如何培养人的问题”。发达国家在职业教育人才培养模式方面的成功经验对于我国有着借鉴作用。近年来,我国高等职业院校对于人才培养模式也进行了有益的探索。本文以人才培养模式的理论基础为指导,分析得出人才培养模式是一个系统范畴,是人才培养过程中若干要素的有机组合。这些要素是培养模式的根本,从国家示范性高职院校建设方案看,有一些要素是最基本的,其中包括:培养规格、课程体系、培养途径、教学运行机制以及教学组织形式。这五方面要素既能各自独立发挥本身功能,又具有紧密的联系,任何一个要素的改变都会引发模式本身的改变。 本文应用理论研究与调查研究相结合的方法,通过对黑龙江省四所国家示范性高职院校人才培养模式的调查研究,论述了这四所院校在人才培养模式方面确实有一些示范性的作用,也存在着需要改进的地方。为此,还需要继续探索黑龙江省国家示范性高职院校人才培养模式建设的问题。本文借鉴企业打造产品品牌的思维来打造人才品牌,因为品牌标志着差异化的产品和服务,能够显示国家示范性高职院校的优势。提出了相应的对策是创造精品培养模式,打造人才品牌,实施途径是根据人才培养模式体系包含的要素进行建设。定位人才培养目标、专业设置合理、基于“工作过程”理念的关键职业能力解决的是“培养什么样的入”;基于“工作过程”理念构建课程体系、培养途径多样化、良好的教学运行机制作保障、教学组织形式灵活解决的是“如何培养人”的问题。
[Abstract]:Higher vocational education is most closely related to the development of social economy, cultivating tens of thousands of high-level technical talents, such as production, construction, management, service and so on, solves the employment of labor and promotes the development of regional economy. Since 2006, in order to optimize the reform and development environment of higher vocational education, strengthen its reform process, and enhance the social attention and influence, the central government has focused on building 100 national exemplary vocational colleges throughout the country. The mode of cultivating talents in higher vocational education is a key issue which is paid close attention to by the decision makers, the main body of running a school and the researcher. It relates to the "question of what kind of person to train" and "how to train the person" in the higher vocational college. The successful experience of the developed countries in the training mode of vocational education talents has a reference role for our country. In recent years, Chinese higher vocational colleges and universities have also carried on beneficial exploration to the talent training mode. Guided by the theoretical basis of the talent training model, this paper analyzes that the talent training model is a systematic category and an organic combination of several elements in the process of talent training. These elements are the basis of the training model. From the point of view of the construction plan of the national exemplary higher vocational colleges, some elements are the most basic, including: training specifications, curriculum system, training ways, teaching operation mechanism and teaching organization form. These five elements can not only play their own functions independently, but also have close relationship. Any change of elements will lead to the change of the mode itself. This paper applies the method of combining theoretical research with investigation and research, through the investigation and research on the talent training model of four national exemplary higher vocational colleges in Heilongjiang Province. This paper discusses that these four colleges and universities do have some exemplary role in the training mode of talents, and there are also some areas for improvement. Therefore, it is necessary to continue to explore the construction of talent training model in the national exemplary higher vocational colleges in Heilongjiang Province. This article draws lessons from the enterprise to create the product brand thought to build the talented person brand, because the brand marks the differential product and the service, can display the national demonstration higher vocational college superiority. The corresponding countermeasures are to create the excellent training mode and create the talent brand. The way of implementation is to build up the elements contained in the talent training mode system. The key vocational ability based on the concept of "working process" is to solve the problem of "what kind of entry to cultivate"; Based on the concept of "working process", the course system is constructed, the training ways are diversified, the good teaching operation mechanism is guaranteed, and the flexible teaching organization forms solve the problem of "how to train people".
