校企协同的技术技能积累机制构建

【摘要】:职业教育是技术技能积累的重要平台。基于校企协同的方式实现技术技能积累,有助于技术技能的积累、传承和创新,促进技术技能人才素质与技术创新、引进和改造的同步提高。面对我国技术技能积累机制存在的校企协同层次低、范围窄、职业院校参与程度不够、参与动力不足等一系列问题,采用博弈分析法寻求校企协同中各方的共同利益源,从动力机制、激励机制、效益评价机制以及反馈提高机制四个维度构建校企协同的技术技能积累机制,有效促进技术技能积累机制的深层次展开,全面提升技术技能人才的培养质量,更好地服务经济增长方式转变和产业转型升级
[Abstract]:Vocational education is an important platform for the accumulation of technical skills. The realization of technological skill accumulation based on the cooperation of school and enterprise is helpful to the accumulation, inheritance and innovation of technical skills, and promotes the quality of technical skill talents and technological innovation, and the synchronous improvement of introduction and transformation. In the face of a series of problems such as low level, narrow scope, insufficient degree of participation and insufficient motivation of participation in the mechanism of technological skill accumulation in our country, the game analysis method is used to seek the common benefit source of all parties in the cooperation between school and enterprise. From the four dimensions of motivation mechanism, incentive mechanism, benefit evaluation mechanism and feedback improvement mechanism, this paper constructs the technology skill accumulation mechanism of the cooperation between school and enterprise, and effectively promotes the deep level development of the technology skill accumulation mechanism. Improve the training quality of technical talents in an all-round way, and better serve the transformation of economic growth mode and industrial transformation and upgrading
