携手宝马构建“双元培养、双轮驱动”育人体系的创新与实践

【摘要】：本文依托学校与华晨宝马的合作项目,在共建宝马培训基地的基础上,通过人才培养模式的改革、培养标准的制定、教学评价的创新和企业化"双师"教才团队的打造等,探索融教、学、训为一体,构建校企"双元"交替培养,学历教育与社会培训"双轮"驱动的育人体系,并阐述育人体系在实践中的运行及所取得的成效——学生成才、教师成长、高质量办学、企业获得满意员工、多方互惠共赢。
[Abstract]:This article relies on the cooperation project between the school and brilliance BMW, on the basis of establishing the BMW training base together, through the reform of the talent training mode, the establishment of the training standard, the innovation of teaching evaluation and the creation of the enterprise-oriented "double division" teaching talent team, etc. This paper explores the integration of teaching, learning and training, constructs the education system driven by education and social training, and expounds the operation of the education system in practice and its effect on the development of students. Teacher growth, high-quality school, enterprises to obtain satisfactory staff, mutual benefit and win-win.
