农牧类高职创新人才培养体系构建与实践

【摘要】：江苏农牧科技职业学院运用多元智能和建构主义理论,把专业建在农业产业链上、产学研基地建在开发区里,系统设计、论证专业建设方案,改革教学管理制度,实施多样化人才培养模式,构建并实施了"农牧创新人才培养体系"。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of multi-intelligence and constructivism, the Vocational College of Pastoral and Pastoral Science and Technology of Jiangsu Province has built the professional construction in the agricultural industry chain, the production and research base is built in the development zone, the system design, demonstration of the professional construction scheme, the reform of the teaching management system, and the implementation of the diversified personnel training mode, The "the training system of the agricultural and animal husbandry and innovation" was constructed and implemented.
