高职教育内涵式发展视角下校企合作创新研究

【摘要】：当前,要更有效地推进高职教育内涵式发展,关键是进一步创新深化校企合作。据此,文章针对校企合作实践中存在的一些难题,建议从校企合作办学模式、校企合作育人课程内容、校企合作就业途径、校企合作发展平台、校企合作组织管理体制、企业参与合作的补偿机制六个方面采取创新措施,促使校企合作取得更大成效,加快现代高职教育发展步伐。
[Abstract]:At present, in order to promote the connotation development of higher vocational education more effectively, the key is to further innovate and deepen the school-enterprise cooperation. Therefore, in view of some difficult problems existing in the practice of school-enterprise cooperation, the article suggests that the mode of school-enterprise cooperation in running schools, the contents of school-enterprise cooperation in educating people, the ways of school-enterprise cooperation in employment, the development platform of school-enterprise cooperation, and the management system of school-enterprise cooperation organization should be put forward. In order to accelerate the development of modern higher vocational education, innovative measures are adopted in six aspects of the compensation mechanism of enterprises' participation in cooperation, so as to promote the cooperation between schools and enterprises to achieve greater results.
