高职院校学生“教育自信”问题探析

【摘要】：自信是一个人成功的基本条件,而高职院校学生普遍存在自信心缺乏的问题,特别是在目前就业压力紧张的形势下,如何进一步增强学生的自信心显得尤为重要。文章从分析高职院校学生自信心重要性、缺失原因及培养途径三方面入手,针对现实存在的问题,找出解决措施,以实现学生成长成才、促进我国高职院校教育更好发展。
[Abstract]:Self-confidence is the basic condition of a person's success, and the lack of self-confidence exists generally among the students in higher vocational colleges, especially in the current situation of tight employment pressure, how to further enhance the students' self-confidence is particularly important. Based on the analysis of the importance of students' confidence in higher vocational colleges, the reasons for lack of self-confidence and the ways of cultivation, this paper tries to find out the solutions to the existing problems in order to realize the growth of students and to promote the better development of higher vocational education in China.
