基于职业标准的模块化职教课程开发

【摘要】：课程内容与职业标准对接既是加快发展现代职业教育的内在要求,也是社会经济发展的外在需求。职业标准是职业教育课程开发的出发点和归宿,规定了职业岗位应具备的知识、情感和综合能力,是职业教育课程开发的基础和依据。在对职业教育课程进行开发时,首先应将职业标准所包含的情感、知识和技能分成基础模块和岗位模块;其次将基础模块和岗位模块进一步细化,确定各自的子模块;再次确定每个子模块包含的具体课程;最后依据职业标准编写每门课程的教材,形成与职业标准对接的完整的职业教育课程体系。
[Abstract]:The combination of curriculum content and vocational standard is not only the internal requirement of speeding up the development of modern vocational education, but also the external demand of socio-economic development. Vocational standard is the starting point and end-result of curriculum development of vocational education, which stipulates the knowledge, emotion and comprehensive ability of vocational posts, and is the basis and basis of curriculum development of vocational education. In the development of vocational education curriculum, the emotion, knowledge and skills contained in vocational standards should be divided into basic modules and post modules, and then the basic modules and post modules should be further refined to determine their respective sub-modules. Finally, the teaching materials of each course are compiled according to the vocational standards, and a complete curriculum system of vocational education is formed, which is compatible with the vocational standards.
