BAG课程开发法在我国高职应用的策略

【摘要】:从德国引进的BAG课程开发法对于推动我国高职教育课程改革具有重要的现实意义。在一定程度上解决了学习与工作二元割裂的问题。但在实施中也存在忽视学生基础能力、基础知识的培养,对学生职业道德、职业素质培养缺少系统性设计,专业课程之间存在理论知识重复、遗漏等问题。解决这些问题的思路是研制QKC-S理论模型,将学生职业素质、基础知识、职业能力培养进行系统化设计,统筹安排专业课程、职业素质平台课程、职业能力平台课程和拓展课程及整周实习实训,基于典型工作任务分析进行工学结合课程开发。
[Abstract]:The introduction of BAG curriculum development method from Germany is of great practical significance to promote the curriculum reform of higher vocational education in China. To some extent, the problem of dualistic separation between study and work is solved. However, there are still some problems in practice, such as neglecting students' basic ability, cultivating basic knowledge, lack of systematic design for students' professional ethics and professional quality training, repetition and omission of theoretical knowledge among professional courses, and so on. The train of thought to solve these problems is to develop the QKC-S theoretical model, to systematize the training of students' professional quality, basic knowledge and professional ability, to arrange professional courses as a whole, and to arrange professional quality platform courses as a whole. Professional competence platform courses and extended courses and the whole week of practice training, based on the analysis of typical work tasks to carry out engineering-learning combined curriculum development.
