高职院校现代大学制度建设的理论认识

【摘要】：正现代大学制度建设反映了高校由政府主导向自我管理与发展的趋势和必然要求。《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》《全面推进依法治校实施纲要》《国家十三五规划纲要》等文件都对"推进现代大学制度建设,完善学校内部治理结构"做了相应规定。与此同时,包括《高等学校章程制度暂行办法》《高等学校学术委员会规程》《普通高等学校理事会规程(试行)》《关于坚持和完善普通高等学校党委领导下的校长负责制的实施
[Abstract]:The institutional construction of modern universities reflects the trend and inevitable requirements of the government-led to self-management and development of colleges and universities. The outline of the National medium-and long-term Educational Reform and Development Plan (2010-2020) > promoting the implementation of administering Schools according to Law in an all-round way The outline, the outline of the 13th five-year Plan of the State, and other documents "promote the construction of a modern university system," Improve the internal governance structure of the school "made the corresponding provisions." At the same time, it includes the Provisional measures on the Constitution system of institutions of higher Learning; the regulations of the academic Committee of Colleges and Universities; the regulations of the Council of General institutions of higher Learning (trial); and the implementation of the President's responsibility system under the leadership of the Party Committee of ordinary Colleges and Universities.
