高职院校经管类教学公司发展模式研究

【摘要】:近年来,我国对于高职院校职业教育的仿真模拟实训研究较多,对于教学工厂、教学公司等模式的实践教学也有涉猎,但对其模式的研究不多,而对于经管类教学工厂或教学公司模式的研究就更少。 从专业实践教学方面来看,高职院校经管类专业存在一定的问题,即校内实践体系不成熟,只是局限于仿真模拟,校外实训过于形式,学生到企业顶岗实习往往只能掌握企业管理、财务管理的边缘化知识。所以,高职院校应依据培养高素质、高技能人才和工学结合的理念,培养学生专业的感性认知,培养学生实践技能,培养学生综合化职业素质,打造有实际意义的经管类专业教学实践模式。 从人才需求方面来看,随着我国经济全球化的加剧和经济的快速发展,各企业对经管类人才的需求急剧上升,但现实生活中却存在“学生找不到合适工作,企业找不到合适学生”的尴尬现象。所以高职院校必须明确界定本校经管类专业人才目标,不能完全按照本科院校的模式培养,要有高职院校人才培养的特色,重视实践教学,强调学生动手能力。 本文旨在分析和研究国内高职院校经管类教学公司发展模式的背景、动态、理论、类型以及应用实施。通过分析和研究,探索出适合高职院校经管类教学公司运行的基本模式,在吸取德国“双元制”理论的经验上,结合工学结合的课程体系、创新人才培养能力等方面,把以往传统的、手工式的教育教学转变为真实性的生产性实训教学,从而提高高职院校学生职业技术能力、职业素养能力和就业竞争能力。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the simulation and simulation training of vocational education in higher vocational colleges is more and more, and the practice teaching of the teaching factory and the teaching company is also involved, but the research of the model is not much, and the research on the mode of the teaching factory or the teaching company is less. From the aspect of professional practice teaching, there are some problems in the management of the higher vocational colleges, that is, the practice system of the school is not mature, but it is limited to the simulation, the outside-school practical training is too formal, and the practice of the students to the top of the enterprise can only master the enterprise management The Marginalization of Financial Management Therefore, the higher vocational colleges should train the students' professional perceptual cognition, train the students' practical skills, train the students' comprehensive professional quality, and build a practical teaching practice model with practical significance, according to the idea of cultivating the high-quality, high-skilled talents and the combination of engineering and technology. From the aspect of the talent demand, with the increasing of the economic globalization and the rapid development of the economy, the demand of the enterprises to the management of the talent has risen sharply, but there is a real "The student can't find the right job, and the enterprise can't find the right student" in the real life. Therefore, the higher vocational colleges must clearly define the target of the professional talents of the school, and can not be fully trained according to the mode of the undergraduate colleges. In order to have the characteristics of the personnel training of higher vocational colleges, the practice teaching should be paid attention to, and the students' movement is emphasized. The purpose of this paper is to analyze and study the background, dynamics, theory and type of the development model of the school-class teaching companies in higher vocational colleges and universities. Through the analysis and research, the basic mode suitable for the operation of the school-class teaching company in higher vocational colleges is explored, and the experience of the German "two-element system" theory is drawn.
