新形势下高职院校招生策略研究

【摘要】：高等职业教育是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,承担着为国家经济社会发展培养高层次应用型人才的重大任务。招生工作是高等职业院校发展的基础,直接影响高职院校的生存和发展。加强新形势下高职院校招生工作研究,对提高高职院校生源质量,促进高职院校可持续发展具有重要的意义。论文通过文献研究、资料查阅、实地访谈等方式,较为系统地分析了新形势下高职院校招生面临的机遇和挑战,客观分析了我国高职院校的生源危机、新生报到率、生源质量和招生宣传等方面存在主要问题及其国家宏观层面、高职院校自身的内外部影响因素,提出了加强新形势下高职院校的招生策略。论文基于高职院校发展面临的新形势,在总结梳理我国高职院校招生工作和比较借鉴美国、德国等国外高职院校招生经验的基础上,较为系统地提出了新形势下高职院校的招生策略。一是要完善国家政策制度,加强政策引导,完善学制体系,转变传统观念,为高职院校招好生提供保障;二是要加强高职院校内涵建设,明确办学定位,凝练办学特色,加强师资建设,创新人才培养模式,提高教育质量,以提升高职院校招生竞争力;三是要创新招生渠道,加强宣传招生队伍建设,以扩大高职院校的影响力。通过加强以上五个方面的工作,不断提升新形势下高职院校招生工作水平,更好地促进我国高职院校的可持续发展,为国家培养更多质量更高的高层次应用型人才。
[Abstract]:Higher vocational education is an important part of higher education in China, which undertakes the important task of cultivating high-level applied talents for the development of national economy and society. Enrollment is the basis of the development of higher vocational colleges, which directly affects the survival and development of higher vocational colleges. It is of great significance to strengthen the research on enrollment of higher vocational colleges under the new situation to improve the quality of students and promote the sustainable development of higher vocational colleges. By means of literature research, data review and field interview, this paper systematically analyzes the opportunities and challenges facing the enrollment of higher vocational colleges under the new situation, and objectively analyzes the source crisis of students in higher vocational colleges in our country, and the rate of freshmen reporting in the new situation. The main problems existing in the quality of students and the publicity of enrollment and the macro-level of the country, the internal and external factors of the higher vocational colleges themselves, put forward the strategies to strengthen the enrollment of higher vocational colleges under the new situation. Based on the new situation faced by the development of higher vocational colleges, this paper summarizes and combs the recruitment work of higher vocational colleges in China and compares and draws lessons from the experience of higher vocational colleges in the United States, Germany and other foreign countries. This paper systematically puts forward the enrollment strategies of higher vocational colleges under the new situation. First, it is necessary to perfect the national policy system, strengthen the policy guidance, perfect the school system, change the traditional concept, and provide guarantee for the recruitment of students in higher vocational colleges. Secondly, it is necessary to strengthen the connotation construction of higher vocational colleges, clarify the orientation of running schools, refine the characteristics of running schools, strengthen the construction of teachers, innovate the mode of cultivating talents, and improve the quality of education in order to enhance the competitive power of enrollment of higher vocational colleges. Third, it is necessary to innovate the recruitment channels, strengthen the construction of propaganda admissions team, in order to expand the influence of higher vocational colleges. Through strengthening the above five aspects of work, constantly improve the recruitment level of higher vocational colleges under the new situation, better promote the sustainable development of higher vocational colleges in China, and cultivate more high-quality and higher-level application-oriented talents for the country.
