航海类高职院校辅导员素质培养研究

【摘要】:辅导员队伍是高职院校教育管理的重要力量,其素质的高低会直接影响航海人才的培养质量。本文以培养提高新时期航海人才为根本,以提高航海类高职院校辅导员素质能力为起点和着眼点,在对部分航海院校进行深入调查的基础上,分析了辅导员素质存在的问题,并对其原因进行了分析,提出了相应对策。 本文主要内容主要分为六部分,第一部分为导论部分,介绍辅导员、高职院校、航海教育的基本概念和内涵;分析研究航海类高职院校辅导员素质培养的目的和意义;第二部分为航海类高职院校辅导员素质研究的依据,分别从政策法规、理论依据、现实需求三个层次分析辅导员素质研究的依据。第三部分是对航海类高职院校辅导员素质现状的调查,在分析辅导员素质构成的基础上,对调查方法、调查问卷、调查范围、调查对象进行了研究、设计,在对天津海运职业学院和江苏海事职业技术学院进行调查后,对调查进行了汇总和统计;第四部分对航海类高职院校辅导员从整体素质、队伍结构、人员流动、培训提高等方面进行了分析;第五部分分析航海类高职院校辅导员素质存在问题的原因,分别从政策法规、思想认识、培训体系、管理等方面分析制约辅导员素质提高的因素,第六部分是提高航海类高职院校辅导员素质的途径,分别从制度建设、选拔考核晋升标准、使用培养管理等方面提出的提高航海类高职院校辅导员素质的方法和对策。 全文通过对辅导员职责、航海高职院校学生素质要求与素质培养等内容的研究,探讨航海类高职院校对辅导员的素质要求,了解航海类高职院校辅导员的现状,提出提高航海类高职院校辅导员素质的途径和方法,可为航海类高职院校建设体制顺畅、职责明确、整体素质水平高的辅导员队伍提供借鉴,为院校培养新时期航海人才提供参考。
[Abstract]:Counselor team is an important force of education management in higher vocational colleges, and its quality will directly affect the training quality of nautical talents. Based on the cultivation and improvement of navigational talents in the new era and the improvement of the quality of counselors in higher vocational colleges of navigation as the starting point and starting point, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the quality of the counselors on the basis of in-depth investigation of some navigational colleges and universities. The causes are analyzed and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward. The main content of this paper is divided into six parts, the first part is the introduction part, introduces the basic concept and connotation of counselors, higher vocational colleges, navigation education, analyzes and studies the purpose and significance of the quality training of counselors in navigational higher vocational colleges; The second part is the basis of the research on counselors' quality in higher vocational colleges of navigation, which analyzes the basis of counselors' quality research from three levels: policy and regulation, theoretical basis and realistic demand. The third part is the investigation of the current situation of counselors' quality in navigation vocational colleges. On the basis of analyzing the composition of counselors' qualities, the author researches and designs the investigation methods, questionnaires, investigation scope, investigation objects, and so on. After the investigation of Tianjin Maritime Vocational College and Jiangsu Maritime Vocational and Technical College, the survey was summarized and counted. The fourth part of the navigation vocational college counselors from the overall quality, team structure, staff mobility, training and other aspects of the analysis; The fifth part analyzes the causes of the problems existing in the quality of counselors in navigation vocational colleges, and analyzes the factors restricting the improvement of counselors' quality from the aspects of policies and regulations, ideological understanding, training system, management and so on. The sixth part is the way to improve the quality of counselors in navigational higher vocational colleges, respectively from the aspects of system construction, selection, assessment and promotion standards, the use of training management and other aspects put forward to improve the quality of marine vocational college counselors and countermeasures. Based on the research of counselors' duties, requirements and training of students' quality in navigation higher vocational colleges, this paper discusses the quality requirements of counselors in navigation higher vocational colleges and understands the status quo of counselors in navigation higher vocational colleges. This paper puts forward the ways and methods to improve the quality of counselors in higher vocational colleges of navigation, which can provide reference for the counselors who have smooth system, clear responsibilities and high overall quality in the construction of higher vocational colleges of navigation. Provide reference for colleges and universities to train navigational talents in the new period.
