高职院校产业院系改革建设论纲与案例——“三大建设”及其“宁波浓缩版”

【摘要】：高职院校产业院系改革建设,围绕"三大建设"即产业导向性建设、产教深度融合建设、全产业链对接建设展开。其中,产业导向性建设在于为"重要实施载体"的建设确立方略,产教深度融合建设是要通过"重要牵引载体"的建设而构建校企合作、产学研结合长效机制,全产业链对接建设则是通过"重要平台载体"的建设而全面落实这一"方略"和"长效机制"。在产业发展和职教发展上均具有样本意义的宁波,可以以案例启示和政策建议的方式来"浓缩版"地回应和践行"三大建设"问题。
[Abstract]:The reform and construction of industrial institutes and departments in higher vocational colleges revolves around the construction of "three major construction" that is, industry-oriented construction, the deep integration of production and education, and the construction of the whole industry chain. Among them, the industry-oriented construction is to establish a strategy for the construction of the "important implementation carrier", the construction of the deep integration of industry and education is to construct the school-enterprise cooperation through the construction of the "important traction carrier", and the long-term mechanism of the combination of industry, university and research. The whole industry chain docking construction is through the construction of "important platform carrier" and fully implement this "strategy" and "long-term mechanism". Ningbo, which has a sample significance in industrial development and vocational education development, can respond to and practice the "three major construction" problems in the form of case enlightenment and policy recommendations in the form of "concentrated edition".
