高职高专院校教学质量内部监控体系研究

【摘要】:高职高专教育在我国高等教育大众化进程中发挥着重要的作用,它肩负着培养面向生产、建设、服务和管理第一线人才的重任。近些年来,伴随着高职高专院校数量的增加以及在校生规模的扩大,教学质量问题日益突显出来。作为高职高专院校教学管理工作的一个重要环节,教学质量内部监控不仅影响着高职高专院校的教学管理水平和教学质量,而且还体现着学校的教育观念,为教学工作指明了方向。建立健全符合自身办学定位与特色的教学质量内部监控体系成为保障我国高职高专院校教学质量的必由之路。 本文以全面质量管理理论、教育评价理论为依据,采用文献分析法、比较分析法、访谈调查法,对我国高职高专院校教学质量内部监控体系的现状、存在的问题及其原因作了详细分析,并进一步阐述了如何构建我国高职高专院校教学质量内部监控体系,最后以广西幼儿师范高等专科学校为例探讨了我国高职高专院校教学质量内部监控体系的实践与改进问题。 高职高专院校教学质量内部监控体系由教学质量监控目标体系、教学质量监控组织体系以及教学质量监控制度体系构成,这三个组成部分为体系的顺畅运行提供了基本保障。在高职高专院校教学质量内部监控体系的运行中,教学质量策划系统、教学质量监督系统以及教学质量控制系统相互协调,促进教学质量不断改进提高。系统运行时需要注意如下几个问题:确定监控面和监控点、建立完善的信息运行机制、定期评价、持续改进。
[Abstract]:Higher vocational education plays an important role in the process of popularization of higher education in our country. It shoulders the important task of cultivating front-line talents facing production, construction, service and management. In recent years, with the increase of the number of higher vocational colleges and the expansion of the scale of students, the problem of teaching quality is becoming more and more prominent. As an important part of teaching management in higher vocational colleges, the internal control of teaching quality not only affects the teaching management level and teaching quality of higher vocational colleges, but also reflects the educational concept of the school. It points out the direction for teaching. It is the only way to guarantee the teaching quality of higher vocational colleges in China to establish and perfect the internal control system of teaching quality which accords with the orientation and characteristics of running a school. Based on the theory of total quality management and the theory of education evaluation, the present situation of the internal control system of teaching quality in higher vocational colleges in China is analyzed by means of literature analysis, comparative analysis, interview and investigation, which is based on the theory of total quality management and education evaluation. The existing problems and their causes are analyzed in detail, and how to construct the internal control system of teaching quality in higher vocational colleges in China is further expounded. Finally, taking Guangxi preschool normal college as an example, this paper discusses the practice and improvement of the internal control system of teaching quality in higher vocational colleges in China. The internal control system of teaching quality in higher vocational colleges consists of teaching quality monitoring target system, teaching quality monitoring organization system and teaching quality monitoring system. These three components provide the basic guarantee for the smooth operation of the system. In the operation of the internal control system of teaching quality in higher vocational colleges, the teaching quality planning system, teaching quality supervision system and teaching quality control system coordinate with each other to promote the continuous improvement and improvement of teaching quality. The following problems need to be paid attention to when the system is running: determining the monitoring surface and monitoring points, establishing perfect information operation mechanism, evaluating regularly, and continuously improving.
