长株潭两型社会背景下职业教育的内涵式发展研究
[Abstract]:It has been more than four years since Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Urban agglomeration was established by the State Council at the end of 2007 with the approval of the State Council, "the National Experimental Zone for Comprehensive Reform of Resource-saving and Environment-friendly Society Construction" has been established for more than four years. After nearly 5 years of reform and development, Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan cities are becoming more and more integrated. Up to now, the integration of telecommunications and transportation has been realized in Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan. The Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan city agglomeration area has almost gathered all the key universities and large-scale enterprises in Hunan province, but there are obvious differences in the number and quality of talents compared with Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong, Zhejiang and other developed provinces and cities. How to make full and reasonable use of talent resources in the actual situation of limited human resources is the key to perfect the construction of "two-oriented society" in Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan. However, it is difficult to meet the needs of "two-type society" construction in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration because it is difficult to meet the needs of the construction of "two-oriented society" in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration, and the development direction must be changed. To improve the quality of education and school-running efficiency, to enhance the self-development ability of vocational colleges and universities as the characteristics of the internal development of the road. This paper focuses on the connotation development of vocational education in Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan urban agglomeration under the background of "two-oriented society". In view of the contradiction between the construction of "two-oriented society" in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan city group and the difficulty in employment of graduates of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan vocational school, In this paper, the connotation development of vocational education in Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan is deeply studied and discussed. The research contents and main achievements of this paper are as follows: (1) the definition of the "two-type society" and the connotation development of vocational education, the characteristics of the construction of the "two-type society" and the relationship between the two types are expounded, and the development of the two-type society is studied. The connotation of the implicit development and the epitaxial development; (2) the present situation of vocational education in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan city group is investigated and studied, and the current situation contradiction of talent demand under the background of "two-oriented society" construction in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration is analyzed. The employment situation and other aspects were analyzed. (3) put forward some measures for the development of vocational education in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration. In view of the background of the construction of the two-oriented society in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan city group, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of the connotation type of vocational education: adhere to the basic principle of the development of the connotation type of the two-type social vocational education, so as to combine the work and study. For the purpose of training, the school-enterprise cooperation should carry out the teaching of the two-type social vocational education curriculum with equal emphasis on theory and practice, and innovate the management and operation mechanism of the two-type vocational colleges and universities. Expand the financing channel and construct the "double-qualified" teachers and reconstruct and reform the curriculum system of the two-type social vocational education.
