职教“双师型”教师队伍建设现状调查与思考

【摘要】：职业教育是提高劳动者素质的重要途径,加强"双师型"教师队伍建设是推进我国现代职业教育快速发展的重要举措之一。通过问卷、访谈的调查方式,分析"双师型"教师队伍建设中存在的问题,并从不同的角度进行思考,提出相关建议。
[Abstract]:Vocational education is an important way to improve the quality of labourers. It is one of the important measures to promote the rapid development of modern vocational education in China to strengthen the construction of "double-qualified" teachers. By means of questionnaire and interview, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the construction of "double-qualified" teachers, and puts forward some suggestions from different angles.
