职教集团化办学下的中高本职业教育贯通研究

【摘要】：文章阐述了职业教育集团化办学模式的内涵及其价值,深入剖析了职教集团化办学下中高本职业教育贯通的现实需求,着重从人才培养目标的梯度性、招生制度的统筹性、专业设置的产业性、课程体系的标准性、实训的校企性、资格证书的阶段性及师资的双师性七个方面进行了分析,提出了职教集团化办学下中高本教育贯通的保障措施。
[Abstract]:This paper expounds the connotation and value of the collectivized mode of running vocational education, and deeply analyzes the practical needs of the penetration of vocational education in the middle and high school under the collectivization of vocational education, with emphasis on the gradient of the goal of personnel training and the overall organization of the enrollment system. This paper analyzes the industry of specialty setting, the standard of curriculum system, the school-enterprise nature of practical training, the stage of qualification certificate and the double nature of teachers, and puts forward some safeguard measures for the penetration of middle and high education under the group running of vocational education.
