高职院校大学生就业能力状况研究

【摘要】：高职院校学生就业能力存在一定的不足,具体则表现为部分高职大学生就业信心不足、基本工作能力存在弱化的趋势、社会实践能力相对缺乏以及心理调适能力不高等。高职院校需要将强化大学生就业能力工作作为一项系统工作来看待,有针对性地采取措施,以提高学生的就业能力。
[Abstract]:There are some shortcomings in the employment ability of higher vocational college students, such as the lack of employment confidence of some higher vocational college students, the weakening trend of basic working ability, the relative lack of social practice ability and the low psychological adjustment ability. Higher vocational colleges need to strengthen the employment ability of college students as a systematic work, and take targeted measures to improve the employment ability of students.
