职业院校校企合作的问题及其应对研究

【摘要】：校企合作双方对合作认知程度低;合作意愿高而实际合作少;合作层次浅、质量低;政策实施不力、缺乏协调平台等是职业院校与企业合作中呈现出的典型问题。主要原因在于:企业教育传统中断引发合作经验的缺失,理论研究的偏离与制度安排的偏差,校企合作法律供给不足,合作双方利益诉求得不到满足。化解校企合作难题,须统筹兼顾、综合考虑,亟须建立利益实现机制,推动企业实施教育,完善职业教育法律。
[Abstract]:The low awareness of cooperation between school and enterprise, the high willingness to cooperate and the lack of actual cooperation, the shallow level of cooperation, the low quality, the lack of policy implementation and the lack of coordination platform are the typical problems in the cooperation between vocational colleges and enterprises. The main reasons are as follows: the traditional interruption of enterprise education leads to the lack of cooperation experience, the deviation of theoretical research from the institutional arrangement, the lack of legal supply of school-enterprise cooperation, and the lack of satisfaction of the interests of both sides of the cooperation. In order to solve the problem of school-enterprise cooperation, it is necessary to take into account the problem of cooperation between school and enterprise, to consider comprehensively, to establish the mechanism of realizing interests, to promote the implementation of education in enterprises and to perfect the law of vocational education.
