五位对接:高职教育“产教融合”的有效路径

【摘要】："产教融合"具有职业性、区域性、层次性、互动性和共赢性等主要特征,其基本要求是人才供需融合、人才培养融合、社会服务融合和文化育人融合。高职教育"产教融合"的有效路径可概括为"五位对接",即将专业建设、课程建设、师资队伍建设、实践平台建设、人才培养模式改革与区域产业、行业、企业进行人才培养要素对接。"对接"促进"融合","融合"深化"对接",必将有力提升高职教育服务区域产业发展的能力和提高人才培养的质量。
[Abstract]:The integration of industry and education has the main characteristics of professional, regional, hierarchical, interactive and win-win. Its basic requirements are the integration of supply and demand of talents, the integration of talent training, the integration of social services and the integration of cultural education. The effective path of "integration of industry and education" in higher vocational education can be summarized as "five docking", that is, professional construction, curriculum construction, teacher team construction, practice platform construction, talent training mode reform and regional industry, industry. Enterprises carry out the docking of personnel training elements.
