安徽新闻出版职业技术学院学生社团发展问题研究

【摘要】：本文在选取安徽新闻出版职业技术学院为个例研究后,充分利用个别案例访谈、问卷调查、文献研究等研究方式相结合,本文以系统全面的方式阐述了高职院校如何建设和完善学生社团。通过调查该校教育宗旨、整体培养方式、学生整体素质情况等现状,并结合与该校团委老师、社团指导负责老师、社团联合会主席、社团的负责人和学生代表的访谈和问卷的记录,较为完备的展现了该校学生社团当下建设的情况,分析发现了该校社团建设留存的不足之处。社团间发展不平衡、类型不够完善、社团活动设计缺乏广泛的学生基础、校方对于社团建设重视程度不够、社团自身建设能力弱、社团内部管理不足等。因而也找出了这些问题的根源在于校方对于社团建设的认识不到位、社团自身的发展前景不清晰、社团活动设计过于普通、学生自身也不够重视社团发展以及高职院校本身的建设体系和学习环境等。在本文的结尾,基于自身的思考和国内外社团建设的成功案例,为当下高职院校的社团建设的改进出谋划策：首先要正确定位社团的作用和发展目标；其次是对于社团本身的建设要加强管理；再次是健全社团持续发展的保障；最后是要从社团内部建设进行完善。
[Abstract]:After selecting Anhui Vocational and Technical College of Journalism and Publishing as a case study, this paper makes full use of individual case interviews, questionnaires, literature research and other research methods. This paper expounds how to construct and perfect student associations in higher vocational colleges in a systematic and comprehensive way. By investigating the present situation of the school's educational purpose, overall training method and students' overall quality, and combining with the teachers of the League Committee of the school, the teachers in charge of the association guidance, and the chairman of the association federation, The interviews and questionnaires of the responsible persons and student representatives of the associations show the current construction of the student associations in the school, and find out the shortcomings of the construction of the associations in the school. The development of associations is unbalanced, the types are not perfect, the design of community activities is lack of extensive student foundation, the school does not pay enough attention to the construction of associations, the ability of self-construction of associations is weak, and the internal management of associations is insufficient. Therefore, it is also found that the root of these problems lies in the fact that the school's understanding of the construction of the association is not in place, the development prospect of the association itself is not clear, and the design of the activities of the association is too common. Students themselves do not pay enough attention to the development of associations and the construction system and learning environment of higher vocational colleges themselves. At the end of this paper, based on their own thinking and successful cases of community construction at home and abroad, this paper puts forward some suggestions for the improvement of community construction in higher vocational colleges: first of all, we should correctly position the role and development goals of associations; Secondly, it is necessary to strengthen the management of the construction of the community itself; thirdly, to improve the sustainable development of the community; and finally, to improve the internal construction of the community.
