阿勒泰畜牧兽医职业学校教师绩效管理体系研究
[Abstract]:This paper first discusses the related theories of performance management, explains the concept of performance and performance management, the factors that affect performance and the theoretical basis of performance management, and analyzes the main body of performance evaluation. The process of performance appraisal and the main technology of performance appraisal. Then this paper analyzes the present situation of performance management in Altay Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Vocational School, and points out that there is a lack of performance management in the performance management of teachers in Altay Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Vocational School, which equates performance management with performance evaluation and the preparation of performance planning stage. The lack of communication between performance management and evaluation results, the single method of performance evaluation and the dislocation of performance management role assignment. On this basis, this paper further analyzes the causes of the problems existing in the performance management of Altay Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Vocational School, and holds that the management of Altay Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Vocational School does not pay enough attention to performance management. The school human resources management does not achieve the "people-oriented", the lack of performance management improvement, evaluator psychology, behavior misjudgment, resulting in performance evaluation errors, performance results feedback mechanism is not perfect. In view of the problems existing in the performance management of Altay Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Vocational School, this paper puts forward the overall thinking and guiding principles of constructing the performance Management system of Altay Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Vocational School. On this basis, the performance management system of Altay Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Vocational School is constructed, and how to ensure the implementation of the performance Management system of Altay Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Vocational School from the organizational, personnel and technical aspects is analyzed. Finally, this paper evaluates the employee acceptance of the performance management system of Altay Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Vocational School by means of questionnaire.
