高职软件技术专业“分段式”技能大赛人才培养模式探究

【摘要】:将分段式技能大赛作为集中式技能大赛的补充拓展和优化组合,既对专业教学大有裨益,又可有效促进"教赛"融合和校企人才共育。本文结合高职软件技术专业特点,论述了如何在高职软件技术专业人才培养过程中通过引入分段式技能大赛提升专业人才培养质量。
[Abstract]:Taking the segmented skill contest as the supplement, expansion and optimization combination of the centralized skill contest is not only beneficial to the professional teaching, but also can effectively promote the integration of the "teaching competition" and the co-education of the talents between the school and the enterprise. Based on the characteristics of software technology specialty in higher vocational education, this paper discusses how to improve the quality of professional personnel training by introducing segmented skill contest in the process of cultivating software technology professionals in higher vocational education.
